Fall in Carolina is our favorite time of year! We are truly lucky because the weather starts to cool but it's also still mild. We have a very long season in my opinion, starting in the high elevations in early October and extending to mid November in the Piedmont.
There's a certain buzz in the air during this time of year and an energy that is so palpable.
The Blue Ridge Parkway comes alive. Places like Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk are your home base to see all the wonderful nature. Highlands, NC may have the very best Halloween party in the state! And here in Charlotte football is back, the patio dining is perfect, and the buzz is real!
So in this issue we dedicate our Exclusives to the very best the fall season has to offer in the Carolinas, while we continue to dedicate our time to supporting the victims of Hurricane Helene. Many of these Western NC towns are working to rebuild, but some are open and reliant on Fall tourism.
