Terms and Conditions of Entry For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all guests: • Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. • Photography and filming may take place during the event. Images may be used by the College for promotional or archival purposes. Anyone who does not want their child photographed should speak to a College staff member on entry. • Parents and carers are responsible for managing allergies and dietary requirements. • Pets are not permitted, except for assistance animals. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted on campus. • Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas, including Gloucester Lawn. • Entry is at the discretion of the College. The College may refuse entry to, or remove, any person where it considers this necessary for the safety, security or good order of the event and is not obliged to give reasons for this decision. • Visitors must follow the directions of College staff, volunteers and event personnel. • Bags may be subject to inspection. • Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. • Unauthorised commercial photography, filming or promotional activity is not permitted. • The College reserves the right to amend activities, timings or arrangements where necessary, including for safety or weather-related reasons. • Visitors participate in rides and activities at their own risk and must follow all operator instructions. • While the College takes reasonable care to ensure a safe environment, visitors attend at their own risk. The College is not liable for any injury, loss or damage except where this cannot be excluded by law.
