By arraying the panels in a staggered pattern with 3 modules, the façade becomes the physical expression of CaoHeJing’s rational yet innovative character. Limiting window to wall ratio to 50% enables the building to perform optimally reducing operational carbon.

At the heart of the headquarters is The Avenue, a seven-story cascading staircase that anchors the workplace both spatially and culturally. Far more than circulation, its interlocking design both energizes and is energized by the tailored programming it connects: cafés, libraries, outdoor terraces, and wellness spaces—all vertically integrated path to support movement, encourage spontaneous encounters, and foster cross-disciplinary exchange.

The Galbraith is located along the DART Rail lineat the intersection of the Central Business District, Deep Ellum District, and the Arts District. The podium includes 300 parking spaces, retail space, a business center, and a child care center. The majority of the residential units comprise the vertical tower.
