YOUR KEY TO THE NEW SPORTS CLUB The new vehicle registration portal provides a secure and convenient way to register your vehicle directly through the PVIC Club Member App. Once approved, you can view your registered vehicles and update or replace them throughout your membership as needed. 1. Open the PVIC Club Member App and log in using your member credentials. 2. Locate and select the yellow “Register Vehicle for New Sports Club” button 3. Select “Register Vehicle” to begin the registration process 4. Select the drop down to choose the family member associated with the vehicle you are registering. 5. Enter Vehicle Information including: a. License plate number b. Vehicle make and model 6. After submitting, on the next page, take a clear photo of the official vehicle registration document associated with the vehicle. 7. Select upload once the document has been captured and attached. 8. Review the information you entered to ensure everything is correct, then select “Submit.” Please allow up to 24 hours for your vehicle registration to be reviewed and approved by the Club. You will receive an email notification letting you know whether your vehicle registration has been approved or rejected. Once approved, your registered license plate will serve as your key to access the new Sports Club through the license plate reader system. If you are not driving your registered vehicle when visiting the Sports Club, you can use the QR code available through the app to show upon entry.
