• Begin hydrating before you step on the court
• Drink water consistently during matches and practices, don’t wait until you feel thirsty
• Replenish electrolytes during longer sessions to help prevent cramps and fatigue
• Watch for warning signs like dizziness, headache, nausea, or unusual fatigue
• If symptoms occur, stop play immediately and cool down in the shade or indoors
• Stay hydrated and enjoy a safe, healthy summer on the courts!
