ROOF RENOVATION UPDATE
D ear Members,
Over the past several months, we have shared updates regarding the planned roof renovation at The Lodge. As our project team has continued its assessment and planning, it has become clear that the scope of work required is more extensive than originally anticipated. While we recognize this project will have a greater impact on the member experience than we initially expected, we believe it is important to be transparent about what lies ahead.
Construction will begin on July 13 and continue through early November. Throughout the project, member access to The Lodge & Club will continue; however, several amenities will be affected:
• The Sea View Grille and Sea View Lounge will be closed from July 13 through the completion of the project in early November.
• Oasis will remain open through July 24 before closing for the remainder of the project.
• The Adult Pool will be closed beginning July 24 through the completion of the project. Restroom facilities in the area will remain available.
We understand these closures represent a significant change to the traditional Lodge experience. Our team has spent considerable time developing alternative offerings designed to provide enjoyable gathering spaces, expanded dining options, and new opportunities for members to connect throughout the renovation period.
To support the member experience, we will introduce expanded food and beverage service on The Trellis, available daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday & Saturday. The Trellis will serve as the primary hub for dining, socializing, and entertainment during the project.
Additionally, Barefoot Bistro will feature expanded menus, enhanced service offerings, and additional seating around the Family Pool. Barefoot Bistro will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with tableside service available.
The Conservatory will also be transformed into a dedicated member bar, lounge and dining area, providing an additional space to relax, gather, and enjoy the club throughout the renovation.
While we know these accommodations are not a replacement for the amenities that will be temporarily unavailable, they reflect our commitment to maintaining a vibrant and enjoyable member experience throughout the renovation.
We do not take the impact of this project lightly. Every decision has been made with careful consideration for our members, balancing the need to complete this critical work with our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we make this important investment in the future of The Lodge.

FIREWORK REMINDER
As a reminder for the Fourth of July holiday, personal fireworks are not permitted anywhere on Club property and may not be transported through the Club for use on the beach. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for members and guests throughout the holiday weekend.
HOLIDAY PARKING INFORMATION
To help accommodate increased beach and Club attendance over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, additional member parking will be available at our designated overflow lot located at 200 Executive Way beginning at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. A current member decal or approved parking pass is required to access this lot.
Complimentary shuttle service will operate continuously between the overflow lot and the Club from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for your convenience. As onproperty parking typically reaches capacity by late morning during holiday weekends, we encourage members arriving after 11 a.m. to take advantage of the overflow parking option.
