EVENT REGISTRATION UPDATE
We’re thrilled to share that our 2026 Calendar of Events is officially set! To better align all of our properties and ensure every event is the best it can be, we’re updating our registration windows. Effective January 1, reservations will open 30 days in advance, GHG All- Club events will open 60 days in advance, and major holiday events will be available 90 days in advance. We look forward to making 2026 our most engaging and enjoyable year yet!

Campers will enjoy a rotating lunch menu— pizza on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and chicken tenders on Tuesday and Thursday—served with Goldfish crackers and fresh fruit. Weather permitting, beach time and pool swimming add extra excitement. Please send your child in a swimsuit with a change of clothes, a water bottle, and sunscreen. Registration Closes January 31
The Gate River Run is quickly approaching, and all Gate Hospitality Club members are invited to join Team GATE for this iconic Jacksonville sporting event. Whether you’re running or walking in the 5K or 15K, it’s a spirited way to connect with fellow members and take part in the city’s largest participatory race. Team members enjoy access to the VIP Gate Hospitality Tent from 6:30 AM – 12 PM on race day, featuring pre- and post-race snacks and top-runner prizes. Registration is open January 1 – 31 through the Club Member App, and runners must also register on the official race website by selecting “Join an Existing Team” and choosing Team Lodge Member to qualify for team awards.

Our exciting annual culinary competition features chefs from Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, The Lodge & Club, Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club, and The River Club. Each Club’s culinary team will provide two dishes and a cocktail for tasting. The key ingredient: Dig Deep. Cook Local. Each team is required to only source from within 300 miles of Jacksonville. The full evening will include 8 dishes, 4 cocktails, 16 wines, and a dessert station. Members will be the judges! A member-charge bar will also be available. There is a strict 72-hour cancellation policy. Registration is taken directly on the Club Member App through the Club calendar.
