BanquetEventOrders(BEOs)
Oncethefinalmenuandestimatedheadcountisconfirmed,theBEOswillbegeneratedalongwithbanquet checkstotalingthefoodandbeveragecosts.HalfofthetotalpaymentisdueatthesigningoftheBEO.The remainingbalanceisdue14dayspriortotheweddingweekend.Anyremainingbalancesonyourfoodand beveragepackageswillbeduenolaterthanoneweekafteryourwedding.

AWeddingPlannerwillberequiredtoassistwiththeweddingdesign/décorandplanningdetailsforthe weekend Thisincludestheweddingitinerary,weekendtimelinefortheweddingpartyandguests,vendor selection/coordinationandpayments(florist,musicians,photographer/videographer,etc),theprogramand flowfortherehearsal,rehearsaldinner,weddingceremony,andweddingreception Theplannerwillcoordinate theflowofthereceptiontoincludeannouncementofweddingpartyandnewlywedcouple,firstdances,cutting ofthecakes,anyspeeches,receptionsend-off,etc Amemberfromtheweddingsalesteamwillbeon-sitefor yourrehearsal,ceremony,andreceptiontoensurethateverythingisproperlystagedandexecutedbyPursell Farmsthroughouttheweekendofyourwedding ThisincludesoverseeingallPursellFarmsoperations;Guest Services,FoodandBeverage,BanquetStaff,Housekeeping,andGroundsCrew
