Colour to me is a complex matter with many strands. It is a powerful communication tool to convey meaning and mood to my work. Colour is also a source of inspiration and allows me to subliminally express my thoughts and ideas through my photos.

From a scientific point of view, color is affected by light. We believe that it’s vise versa — color affects light, creates light and helps to differentiate and illuminate. Colors take part in our daily life and we’re always looking for the right color combinations and balance — which is inseparable from our inside feelings. That is the reason why when we’re asked what’s our favorite color, our answer will probably be affected by the way we feel at that moment, and eventually — we love them all.

Color is the most subjective feature to describe the world and the most powerful one that has ever existed. You can forget the smell, temperature, texture, but you will never forget the color.We collect our own color pallet during the whole life. And once we find the connection with people, events, it stops being just a technical characteristic. I close my eyes and see a motley cloth and thousands of threads. And perhaps this is my most valuable collection ever.
