SPIG-LITEpro is extremely
simple and costeffective to install due to its spigot-based, as opposed to channel based, configuration.
Without a channel, there is a greater percentage of glass visible to maximise your view and the individual spigots allow for free flow water drainage making this system perfect for wet areas such as a poolside or exposed balcony. Mechanised by a trapezoidal adjustment device, each individual panel of glass in the SPIG-LITEpro system can be horizontally adjusted once in position, providing an accurate installation and flawless finish. Ideal for single family domestic dwellings where up to 0.74kN force loading capability is required.

SUITABLE FOR A RANGE OF GLASS TYPES
One of the most simple balustrade systems to fit and adjust thanks to its patented screw-clamp technology. Dry glazed where no specialist tools are required. Glass can easily be removed and replaced if required.
SPIG-LITEpro is accredited and approved by multiple organisations to verify that it meets national and international building regulations for use as edge protection, where up to 0.74kN force loading is required.
SPIG-LITEpro can be used with a range of glass types and thicknesses from 12mm toughened to 21.5mm PVB glass. It is the different glass types that allow SPIG-LITEpro to resist varying line loads, up to 0.74kN.

SPIG-LITEpro has been precision engineered to provide incredible strength, for a lightweight and compact balustrade system. For additional protection from the elements SPIG-LITEpro spigots are anodised to 20 microns.
SPIG-LITEpro benefits from two-sided screwclamp technology that provides a 2° adjustment angle on either side of the glass, enabling perfect alignment of each glass panel, even when being installed onto an uneven surface.
The SPIG-LITEpro balustrade system can be packed into boxes making it simple and cost-effective to store and dispatch. On a large installation, this can save a great deal of time and money!

BALCONYseal® is a
revolutionary product which provides a robust waterproofing system for your exterior SPIG-LITEpro balustrade installation. Whether you’re retro-fitting balustrade to an existing balcony or installing to a new build, careful consideration should be taken to prevent water ingress into the fabric of the building. Typically, this will happen for two reasons; firstly, if no appropriate water drainage solution is in place and secondly, if the balustrade fixing points have not been properly sealed. SPIG-LITEpro benefits from having natural water drainage points between each of the spigots. However, there is a risk of creating water infiltration points under the spigots if BALCONYseal® is not used. The BALCONYseal® system works by subtly raising the SPIG-LITEpro spigots a few millimeters above the substrate on drain blocks which are then bolt-fixed through each block. The drain blocks are then filled with sealant, to create a watertight installation.

SPIG-LITEpro is so simple to install and adjust thanks to its patented screw-clamp technology. These step by step instructions guide you through the installation process.
2. CLAMP THE GLASS

Arrange your spigots on the substrate, using two spigots per metre of glass, starting at 250mm from the edge and 500mm apart thereafter. Mark out your drill holes, drill the holes then bolt the spigots into position and tighten until rigid.
Squeeze the clamps tight around the glass and lower the panel into position so that each clamp fits into a spigot.
Make up the clamps by slotting the left and right hand sides together. Slide these onto the bottom edge of the glass, 250mm from the edge and 500mm apart thereafter.
4. FIT THE BOLTS Slide the aluminium bars curved side down into the
recess at the top of each clamp, on both sides of the glass. Loosely screw the bolts into the bars. 5. ADJUST THE GLASS With the bolts loosely in place, the glass panel will be able to move a few millimetres in either direction. Align the panel as required, then tighten the bolts using an angled spanner. Use a threadlocker for added security. 6. ADD TOP BEAD Top bead and gasket simply slide or clip onto the top edge of each spigot.

POSIglaze The most popular domestic to light commercial crossover product in the range, POSIglaze uses a similar screw-clamp technology to MEGAgrip, making it extremely easy to fit and align the glass. It achieves up to 1.50kN and can be used on uneven surfaces, thanks to the adjustment capability of the system.
R-LOCK A new and highly innovative one-side-fit balustrade system which can achieve up to 0.74kN for domestic installations. The one-side-fit system enables R-LOCK to be used on high-rise balconies and other locations where access to the outside edge of the channel is challenging. The system uses resin to set it but in controlled measures that allow the glass to be removed easily, if required.
ORIGIN-R A classic wet or dry glazed balustrade system which provides simple installations with excellent value for money. Achieves up to 1.50kN for domestic to light commercial installations. ORIGIN-R uses a simple wedge system to lock the glass into place, making it very easy to install along a straight or curved profile. A sleek finish is achieved by adding a co-extruded top bead and the channel is anodised to 20 microns.
MEGAgrip MEGAgrip is a heavy-duty and fully adjustable 3.00kN commercial balustrade system, designed as a highly-durable public safety barrier for large commercial constructs. Using a variation of the POSIglaze screw-clamp technology to secure the glass in place, the system requires a 13mm Hex Bolt and Âź inch torque wrench and extension arm to tighten the bolts, for a quick and simple installation.
