In today’s real estate market there are just not enough homes for sale to accommodate the number of buyers who are looking to purchase.
Yes, I highly recommend having an experienced, quality photographer take photos of your home. It will help show your house in its best light.

We don’t live in our homes the way we will sell our homes. It is extremely important to stage your home and get it ready to be sold. You have to emotionally detach and see it as a business transaction.
Absolutely! I can come and give you a complimentary home analysis detailing what price range would make sense to get top dollar. I also do much of my own staging.
If your budget allows, consider upgrades with your kitchen and bathrooms. New flooring is more desirable with today’s buyers, carpet is not recommended. Furniture placement and style can help. Anything old or worn looking needs to be removed. Painting, decluttering, and making the home squeaky clean throughout, including appliances, will help. Add brand new solid white towels and shower curtains to brightens things up.
No. There is a science to house pricing. I’ll do a comparison of other like homes that sold in your area. We will look at your competition and then discuss condition and location, which are important factors. Then together we will arrive at a realistic price-point that the market forecast dictates.
Too much furniture will make spaces look smaller. As a rule of thumb, remember; less is more when staging your house.
