At the beginning of the semester, class of Design Research Studio 3 (SRA 3) has asked us to do a lot of research about ideal and new innovative vertical homes in this pandemic situation. And then we are guided to design a new vertical homes from the data and understanding in site planning, which is located in Grogol near UNTAR University. This book will be filled with research, precedent studies, massing studies, typology studies, and the final design & concept of the vertical home. The conclusion will be talking about the importance of interactivity between communal and units in a co-living space, especially when they are placed vertically.
