Jane, congratulations on 15 dedicated years of service with PTSMC! I remember meeting you 21 years ago when the doors at my first Guilford location opened. Jane, your demeanor was contagious, and you have continued to be consistent and joyous ever since. As an accomplished and sought after occupational therapist with an expertise in hand therapy for over 30 years, you are truly the best at what you do! I feel that I can speak for the entire PTSMC family as well as our community and say that you have made a tremendous impact not only in the occupational therapy field itself, but also with improving the lives of many with repairing and restoring optimal function with a punch. Your continued genuine demeanor, compassion, and warm heartedness has proven to be consistent and a welcomed community presence. Jane, I applaud all that you have accomplished. You have been a delight to work with, and it has been a journey to see you grow, develop and expand your skills. Zack, I want to congratulate you on 5 successful years here at PTSMC. Looking back on the past 5 years you have accomplished so much personally and professionally. These accomplishments include becoming OCS certified, becoming a professor at QU, becoming a new husband, becoming a U.S. citizen, going through the Leadership and Management Development Program and becoming an Assistant Director here at the Guilford location. Speaking for the Guilford staff, I want to say how proud of you we are on all that you have done for the office and the organization. You are a true leader and have a bright future ahead of you. Andrew has been an excellent addition to our team here in New Haven. He has always been ready and willing to learn new things and contributes his own skills to our collective knowledge. I have particularly admired him for taking on students which is not an easy task. I have listened to his assessments and exchanges with the students (both first and last clinical affiliations) and have been truly impressed with his interactions - giving good practical advice, giving constructive criticism and being 100% supportive and caring. He has been a great mentor for all of them and that is something very special. He has also taken on the task of organizing our clinic's "happy hour"/ social gatherings, so he actively contributes to our team camaraderie and makes everyone feel special. I feel very fortunate to be working with Andrew, and I am sure the rest of my colleagues in New Haven feel the same way. Congratulations Andrew on your 5th Anniversary!! - Mary Clark

Lauren came to the Watertown clinic when I moved to the Verification department. She has a can-do attitude and is always willing to learn something new and help out wherever she is needed. She has been on loan to the Verification department for the past 5-6 months and I don't know how I would have managed to train our new hires without her taking on some of my verification workload. - Donna Baribault

I've had the pleasure of watching Lauren grow into the person she is today. When she first started with PTSMC she was so quiet and timid; I never thought she would come out of her shell.
