Media Release PHASE 2 BUILDING PROJECT TENDERS (EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST)
The Phase 2 project is an innovative and exciting plan to be built on the current PSI campus. The 4,500 square metres of learning space, across five floors, will include an early childhood facility, double gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria and kitchen as well as teaching areas for the arts and science. PSI is keen to hear from community members that would be interested in placing a formal tender for the project. Expressions of interest (now) to be invited to tender are welcomed over the next three months. It is anticipated that the official tender process will be held in October 2015 with building anticipated to begin in May 2016. Expressions of interest should include the following documentation: ● Company name and copies of all appropriate licences and general prospectus ● Statement addressing the company's financial stability ● Statement addressing the ability to start and complete the project ‘in these more difficult times’ ● Schedule of projects completed in the past three years as well as referees' contact information of the clients involved ● Any other recommendation, reference, referee information For additional information about the project design concepts and to place expressions of interest, please contact the PSI Business Manager, Ms Lena Bogomazova at lenab@psi.kiev.ua .
