Jan. 18 | Law enforcement officers responded to an assault incident involving alcohol and a physical altercation in the 8800 block of Hutchens Road in Stokesdale (off N.C. 65).

Jan. 25 | Officers responded to a report of an injured deer in the 1800 block of Pondside Court in northwest Greensboro (off N.C. 150 W).

COMMUNICATING THREATS Jan. 26 | Officers responded to a report of communicated threats at Lowes Foods in Oak Ridge at 5:23 p.m.

Jan. 25 | A 37-year-old male was arrested in the 8100 block of Belews Creek Road/Ellisboro Road in Stokesdale for larceny and possession of stolen goods.

Jan. 17 | Officers responded to a death investigation at 12:05 a.m. in the 8400 block of Southard Road in Stokesdale (off N.C. 65).

LARCENY

Jan. 17 | A customer at Bi-Rite Galaxy in Stokesdale reported between 10:40 and 11 a.m. an unknown suspect stole several tools valued at about $600 from his vehicle; the tools were later recovered. Jan. 19 | The owner of a house for sale in the 2000 block of Trosper Road in northwest Greensboro (off Lake Brandt Road) reported between Jan. 13 and Jan. 19 an unknown suspect stole three heat/AC ventilators and air pump units from the residence, worth $18,000 altogether; the
