ElderDog Canada is, “dedicated to aging people, aging dogs and the important connection they enjoy,” states a mission statement on the organization’s website. Clare, along with volunteer Joanne Doucet, recently represented ElderDog at City of Powell River’s Health and Wellness Fair, which took place last month at Powell River Recreation Complex. “There is quite extensive training that goes into becoming a volunteer,” said Clare. “Volunteers are not just seniors, NEW THREE-LEVEL HOME
