First Graduates A CODE Update
MA IN TRANSFORMING LEADERSHIP.
It was so wonderful to be a part of the celebratory crowd as our first two graduates walked across the stage at our commencement ceremony this April. Daniel and Katie were among our first students in the MA in Transforming Leadership. They were excited to be in a program that would help them develop new leadership skills and strengthen the ones they already had as they demonstrated their proficiency in their workplace at Adult and Teen Challenge. With a mentor team to support their learning, they were able to adapt the curriculum to use projects that they needed to do for ATC, win, win!
