What is Pulmonary Rehab? Pulmonary Rehab is an education and exercise programme for patients with Chronic Lung Conditions How can Pulmonary Rehab help? There is lots of research that shows you can benefit in the following ways:

The programme is for six weeks with sessions held twice weekly for two hours each. The first hour of the session includes exercise, followed by a different educational talk each session. Group sessions are not competitive and run by our specialist respiratory clinicians who will enable you to work at your own pace and ability. We advise you to wear comfortable clothing and flat footwear for both sessions and assessments, bring a pen and bottle of water, with you for each session and most importantly enjoy yourself.
