React Homecare QQ13 – Quality Assurance Policy and Procedure 1. Purpose 1.1 To set out how React Homecare intends to achieve continuous improvement in all services, reflecting national and local requirements as well as the priorities of React Homecare. 1.2 To ensure the consistent delivery of safe, effective care that results in a positive Service User experience. 1.3 To demonstrate that a quality meeting produces better outcomes for Service Users, whilst ensuring that all staff have the knowledge and ability to participate in continuous quality improvement. 1.4 To meet the legal requirements of the regulated activities that React Homecare is registered to provide: o The Care Act 2014 o Equality Act 2010 o The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 o Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Registration and Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 o Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 o Human Rights Act 1998 o Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 o Mental Capacity Act 2005 o General Data Protection Regulation 2016 o Data Protection Act 2018 2.
