Provide Modern Slavery Act Statement 2026 What is this statement about?
Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires all organisations to set out the steps they have taken during the financial year to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of its supply chains and in any part of its own business. This statement relates to the financial year ending 31st March 2027. This statement is published on the Provide website and will be reviewed and updated annually.
About us
Provide CIC is an employee-owned Community Interest Company (CIC) that meets the turnover threshold set out in Section 54 and is therefore required to publish this statement. Along with our subsidiary companies and with 16 lead brands, we deliver a broad range of health and social care services in the community and are committed to ensuring they are safe, responsive and high quality. We provide services across the whole of the UK, serving a population of more than 15 million people. We employ more than 1,800 people, including a wide range of medical, nursing and allied health professionals and support colleagues.

Provide fully supports the objective to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking and as such we are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business activity. We have therefore set in place a range of processes and procedures to ensure we pursue good practice and have taken all reasonable steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking.

We distribute our policies to all colleagues using a system of meta-compliance, or other process for non-CIC employees, which require employees to confirm they have received and read the policies thereby ensuring robust distribution and high compliance with policy delivery.
