Medication Appointment (includes cost of any prescriptions issued) New Patient Appointment £550 Existing Patient Initial Appointment £400 (Please be aware that if you have had a gap in medication with Provide Wellbeing, you may also be charged at this rate) Follow-up Appointment £250 (face-to-face) Follow-up Appointments: £125 (telephone)
Prescription Details: Private Prescription: Repeat prescription £40 + £15 for postage. Pharmacy Charges: Additional charges will apply for medication by the pharmacy you use to dispense medication. Medication Reviews: The number of reviews required varies for each individual and is carefully monitored by our medical team. Shared Care Agreements: We cannot guarantee that your GP will take on the prescribing of any medication and therefore future prescribing responsibility may remain with Provide Wellbeing.
