COUNT THE LARGE BOXES (PKGS), OPEN UP ALL BOXES & INSPECT ALL ITEMS PRESENT AND IN GOOD CONDITION. Your Packing List IS ONLY WHAT YOU ORDERED – NOT WHAT YOU WERE CHARGED FOR (use invoice).
D NOT submit a ‘missing’ claim until you review the invoice and confirm there is an actual charge for the missing item. This will save you time and effort which is precious.
WE CANNOT TAKE CLAIMS BY MAIL, EMAIL, FAX, OR PHONE AS WE HAVE A THIRD PARTY PROCESSING THE CLAIMS WHILE WE ARE STILL SHORT STAFFED BUT STILL WANT TO PROCESS ANY ISSUES ASAP. IT IS A VERY, VERY BRIEF and BASIC FORM.
Claims must be reported WITH PICTURES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ORDER using the reporting instructions below. We NEED these pictures so we can also present them to our vendors to make a claim, if possible.
