Fase 2. Consiste en rehabilitar la ruta central existente del Charco Del Ingenio. Hecha por un camino permeable e inclusive donde en sus bordes se establecen unas canaletas que generan humedad y permiten una reforestación del espacio. Así reverdeciendo el paso del usuario y brindando un mayor valor ecosistémico al sitio.

Fase 3. Pretende hacer una nueva conexión entre el futuro desarrollo inmobiliario en la zona norte y El Charco del Ingenio. La intención de este espacio multiusos es que pueda funcionar como un nuevo acceso al Charco del Ingenio, y un espacio multiusos para la comunidad de los próximos habitantes del desarrollo inmobiliario. Phase 3. The phase´s intention is to have a new connection between the Charco del Ingenio and the future housing development in the northern border. The purpose of the multi programed space is that it can work as a new access to the site and at the same time to give a multipurpose space to the future community of the housing development. The architectural program consists of a multipurpose space / access, a terrace / site viewer, and services such as restrooms, storage room, and service gate.
