Take time for you. Put the kettle on and select a beautiful tea-cup to enjoy your tea in. Steep your chosen Bestow Organic Tea in boiling water. This daily ritual is to awaken and enliven our bodies upon rising. DRY BRUSHING RITUAL WITH BESTOW BODY BRUSH
Dry brushing your skin each day is a wonderful way to encourage detoxification and to promote soft, smooth skin. The B estow Body Brush has a wooden handle and the bristles are made from natural fibres. Take time for you; Before showering or bathing, brush your skin for five to ten minutes using the Bestow Body Brush. Begin at your feet and move upwards until you have brushed your whole body.
