BY RAY SHAY Writing a personal story sounds simple enough. That is, until it goes places you did not intend it to go. This month’s story idea originated at a company meeting at our expansive corporate office by the Shell Gas Station in 4S Ranch Village (pictured above). To some observers, they might call it just a kiosk but to us, it’s our International Community Hub®. Our holiday idea was simple. Add some holiday cheer by decorating the Hub and have children drop off handwritten letters to Santa Claus. Hopefully, our elves can read their names and return addresses on their letters so Santa Claus can send each of them a letter in return.
