Inicié en el mundo de la pastelería a la temprana edad de seis años, ya que mi familia se dedicó al rubro con un local comercial ubicado en la ciudad de Ensenada, de donde soy originario, durante al menos una decada. Fue allí donde aprendí lo básico de lo que sería mi vocación. Aunque primero estudió una licenciatura en Deportes en la UABC y ejercí algún tiempo como profesor, como en muchos familias, mi madre sembro en mi la inquietud por la pastelería animóndome a cursar una carrera técnica en Repostería Profesional en San Ysidro, CA, mismo que concluí satisfactoriamente y con mi participación en al menos cinco competencias en el condado de San Diego

Tres de ellas se realizaron en La Joya, donde obtuve un primer y segundo lugar, esí como una mención honorífica como “Best of Show”, en la feria de Real del Mor logró un primer lugar y en una competencia intercolegial de chefs repostores organizada por el Culinary Art School of Sen Diego, conseguí un segundo puesto que me colocó en el podio de ganadores. Mi capacitación continuó con un comparto de Repostería Internacional y Habilidades Artísticos llevado a cabo en Los Vegas, donde participaron reconocidos conferencistas e instructores. Del año 2008 a 2010 trabajó como repostero en distintas postelerías y restaurantes en la ciudad de Guadalajora, Sinaloa y Tijuana
Fue en l año 2010 que fundé mi primer proyecto en Tijuana, el cual se llamó “Al Gusto Pastelería”, donde me desempeñé hosta 2016 cuando decidi combiar su concepto a “Espátula Pastelería Creativa”, una postelería por pedido enfocada a satisfacer las exigencias de sus clientes en cuanto a diseño y sabor de sus pasteles
Lo que mas disfruto primeramente son los retos en la elaboración de los diseños nuevos y el sentir la emoción de los clientes el ver nuestra disponibilidad de crear sus propios pasteles. Mi recomendación es que se sientan en completa confianza al elegirnos como sus proveedores para que sus comensales están satisfechos posteriormente También les recomiendo que tengan disponibilidad de tiempos para escoger bien su postel, así como tener variedad de imágenes para diseñario a su entero gusto

I began my career in pastry making at the tender age of six. My family owned a business in spoon by the Culinary Art School of San Diego. I took second place, placing me on the winner's podium. My training continued with an International Pastry and Artistic Skills camp held in Las Vegas, where renowned spookers and instructors participated. From 2008 to 2010, I worked as a pastry chef in various bakeries and restaurants in Guadalaora, Sinaloa, y Tijuana.
It was in 2010 that I founded my first project in Tijuana, called “Al Gusto Pasteleria” where I worked until 2016 when I decided to change the concept to “Espátula Pasteleria Creativa”, a custom-made bakery focused on meeting the demands of its customers regarding the design and flavor of their cakes
What I enjoy most are the challenges of creating new designs and feeling the excitement of customers seeing our willingness to create their own cakes. My recommendation is that you feel completely confident in choosing us as your supplier so that your guests are satisfied later on. I also recommend that you have time to choose your cake carefully, as well as having a variety of images to design it to your complete liking

¿Cómo iniciaste en esta aventura?
Una amiga me invitó a cooficiar una ceremonia; ella se encargó de la parte en inglés y yo de la parte en español. Fue una experiencia muy hermosa y desde ahí comenzó esta linda travesía Ahora, oficio ceremonias en español, en inglés o incluso una fusión de ambos idiomas
¿Qué es lo que más disfrutas? ¡Todo! Me encanta dialogar con la pareja y conocer más sobre su historia, desde cómo se conocieron hasta cómo decidieron dar este gran paso en su relación. También disfruto mucho el instante en que comienza la ceremonia y la pareja se ve por primera vez En ese momento, se dan cuenta de que finalmente han llegado al momento que tanto han soñado Y mi parte favorita es escuchar sus votos; muchos de ellos me han hecho llorar por dentro, pero tengo que contenerme y continuar con la ceremonia. Es maravilloso ver y sentir que el amor es lo que nos sigue empoderando para seguir adelante
¿Qué le recomiendas a las parejas a la hora de elegir un ministro para su boda?
Definitivamente creo que es importante que elijan a alguien con quien ellos se sientan cómodos, que sientan que pueden comunicarse claramente, que los guien en el proceso por que sinceramente para muchas parejas todo esto es nuevo y puede ser abrumador En lo personal lo que yo les ofrezco es un proceso claro, sencillo y sin estrés.

How did you start on this adventure?
A friend invited me to co-officiate a ceremony; She took care of the English part and I took care of the Spanish part. It was a very beautiful experience and from there this beautiful journey began Now, I officiate ceremonies in Spanish, English or even a fusion of both languages
What do you enjoy most? All! I love talking to the couple and learning more about their story, from how they met to how they decided to take this big step in their relationship. I also really enjoy the moment when the ceremony begins and the couple sees each other for the first time At that moment, they realize that they have finally reached the moment they have dreamed of for so long And my favorite part is hearing your votes; Many of them have made me cry inside, but I have to contain myself and continue with the ceremony It is wonderful to see and feel that love is what continues to empower us to move forward
What do you recommend to couples when choosing a minister for their wedding?
I definitely think it is important that they choose someone with whom they feel comfortable, who they feel they can communicate clearly, who guides them through the process because honestly for many couples all of this is new and it can be overwhelming Personally, what I offer you is a clear, simple and stress-free process
