PACC 2028 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN The Princess Anne Country Club is embarking on an exciting new chapter with the PACC 2028 Elevating Tradition Capital Improvement Plan, a comprehensive renovation designed to enhance member experiences and preserve the Club’s legacy for generations to come. The plan focuses on modernizing key spaces by expanding amenities like Breakers, fitness, and racquet sports, and ensuring PACC remains a premier private club destination. The project will be funded through a member assessment, debt refinancing, and increased capital fees. A member vote is planned in October 2026 with construction expected to run from June 2027 through October 2028. Throughout the process, the Club is committed to transparency, communication, and minimizing disruption to the member experience. Click here for guidance and talking points for member conversations.
ALL TEAMS MEETING What a great turnout for our All Teams Meeting! A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to participate and make the day such a success. We enjoyed a delicious Chick-fil-A lunch and were inspired by an enlightening and thought-provoking conversation with Julius E. Rhodes. We truly appreciate everyone’s participation, engagement, and willingness to come together as one team. Your involvement helps make our team stronger. Thank you all for showing up, sharing, listening, and being part of the conversation. We are grateful for each and every one of you. FOND FAIRWELL After 7 incredible years as a valued member of our Housekeeping team, we’re saying goodbye to Crystal Cathon as she begins an exciting new chapter in her career! While we’re sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more excited to watch her pursue her new career as a Surgical Technologist at Virginia Beach General Hospital! Crystal, thank you for 7 wonderful years of hard work and dedication. You will certainly be missed, but we’re so proud of you and wish you nothing but success, happiness, and fulfillment in this next adventure!

As a reminder, we’re asking all team members to take a moment to log into Paylocity and verify that your contact information is accurate and up to date. It may seem like a small task, but having accurate information on f ile is important for several reasons. Throughout the year, PACC may need to reach you regarding payroll, benef its, employment-related information, important announcements, or time-sensitive updates. If your phone number, email address, or mailing address is outdated, you could miss information that is important to you. Your emergency contact information is equally important. In the event of an accident, illness, or other emergency at work, we need to be able to quickly identify and reach the person you have designated. Please take a moment to log into Paylocity and review the following: Phone number Email address Mailing address Emergency contact information

Life changes, and information can become outdated without us realizing it. A new phone number, move, marriage, change in emergency contact, or new email address are all good reasons to review your information. See the next page for information on how to update your contact information in both the app and via the website. Thank you for taking a few minutes to help us keep our records accurate!

Approach each contact with every member as a new event, with a new sense of energy and enthusiasm. Make your voice lively and warm, your appearance enthusiastic. Keep in mind that sometimes a member may not feel well or have a positive attitude. He/she may be tired, angry, or frustrated because of an earlier experience – at the Princess Anne or elsewhere. Your warmth and energy might make the difference and turn a frown into a smile – a grouch into a friend. Your efforts will become Princess Anne Service in his/her eyes.
