PLANNING & BOOKING

How far in advance should I book my event? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit may be required to confirm your event. Details will be provided at booking.

GUEST COUNTS & PRICING

What is the minimum guest count?

Minimums vary by menu and service style. Please reference individual menu sections.

When is the final guest count due?

Final guaranteed counts are typically due 10 days prior to the event.

What if attendance is lower than expected?

Charges will apply based on the guaranteed guest count provided.

Are prices subject to change?

All prices are subject to applicable service charges and taxes.

What does the service charge include?

The service charge is not a gratuity for your event servers. It is applied to offset labor and operational costs associated with staffing and executing your event.

MENU SELECTIONS

Can menus be customized?

Yes. Our culinary team is happy to tailor menus to your event and preferences.

May we select more than one entrée?

Yes. When two entrées are offered, pricing is based on the higher-priced entrée.

Can we bring outside food or desserts?

Outside food and beverage is not permitted without prior Club approval.

DIETARY NEEDS

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? Yes. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Is your kitchen gluten-free?

While precautions are taken, our kitchen is not gluten-free and cross-contact may occur.

SERVICE & STAFFING

Are attendants or chefs required for stations? Certain stations require or recommend attendants. Additional fees may apply.

How long is food service included?

Standard service times are outlined within each menu section. 90 minutes of service time includes continuous replenishment; extensions available for an additional fee.

Are coffee and tea included?

Coffee and tea are included with most meal packages.

Can alcoholic beverages be added?

Yes. All alcohol service must be arranged through the Club.

Do you offer miniature desserts?
