With almost 30 years of experience in the SAP industry, Christopher M. Carter founded Approyo to provide full SAP service technology with extensive capabilities in hosting and managing services, upgrades, and migration of its clients, running any SAP-supported core functionality. With more than a thousand SAP environments under management around the planet, Approyo supports businesses from production to landscapes to migrations onto SAP S/4 HANA. As an SAP partner, Approyo offers its solutions as a service to its clients and partners across the planet. While many Managed Service Providers are likely to provide several forms of ERP systems to expand their services portfolio, Approyo only deals with systems related to SAP directly. While the organization offers integrative services with several other ERP providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc., Approyo's primary focus is still on SAP.

Chris attended The Georgia Institute of Technology during his college days, where he found his love for technology. After graduating, he shortly started working with SAP and later worked in a California-based start-up, where he was responsible for running day-to-day sales and marketing activities. He then served in multiple executive positions in the SAP ecosystem. At this point of time, he founded his own business, which was sold at a later stage. After selling his company, Chris retired for a few years until one of his old friends called him to inform him about the latest release of SAP HANA. Soon after that day, he was convinced to dive back in and flew to Germany to start working and learning about SAP HANA. Later in December 2013, he founded Approyo to provide global leadership for SAP directives.
●

As the organization's leader, Chris is proud of the team he has been able to develop at Approyo. Chris and his team have brought in some of the best talents on the planet by expanding the firm's reach into Brazil, the UK, Spain, and India. Presently with offices being developed in several other parts of the world, Approyo no longer must worry about resources, as it ensures the company has the right resources for its clients anywhere at any time.
Chris says, "It's a game changer for us, and it's a great accomplishment for our team these men and women are our incredible staff members, and we're blessed to have them here."
Chris is 100% up for tackling challenges. He considers himself fortunate to be controlled and prepared to lead Approyo to new challenges and heights. He says, "I have an incredible staff around me who supported my decisions and helped me make those decisions so we could accomplish greatness for our customers. It's all about them and my staff we want to support our customers in their needs that's why we did some of the most unprecedented support activities during the pandemic to help them, and we will continue to support them on a global stage."
Chris's primary leadership principles;
●
Lastly, he wants Approyo's customers to sleep well at night. Chris wants them to have the ability to lead the lifestyle or workstyle they deserve, and they should not have to worry about the landscapes of their systems, people, and applications.
Approyo is implementing its AI-based monitoring and support tool on every client the firm acquires. This tool provides the opportunity to proactively understand what's going on with the system and how it will run in the coming weeks. This also provides valuable information on how security is being enacted in case of any vulnerabilities. It is a true AI tool that helps the company by providing everything it needs to be proactive and hyper-aggressive in supporting its clients.
Chris says, "Our future, I feel, is quite bright. We have plans with our AI-based tools to support and provide the managed services and details companies need to run their SAP and other landscapes with our managed service provider organization. We also feel that our best-in-breed SAP migration and support will continue to revolutionize the ecosystem."
By combining Approyo's tools, people and processes, Chris feels that the company is second to none in this ecosystem, and it'll continue to strive to provide for our clients on an ongoing day-in and day-out solution basis.
As the organization's leader, Chris trusts his team to make the necessary decisions to support customers and keep them on a proper lifestyle, as they don't want interruptions.
● He believes in training his staff and increasing their skill sets as he wants them to become the next managers or executives of Approyo.

NEW INCOME TAX BILL WILL BE PRESENTED NEXT WEEK BUDGET 2025

Anew income tax bill – a direct tax code aimed at simplifying compliance for individual taxpayers and reducing tax litigation, will be introduced next week, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced while presenting the Union Budget 2025. She assured that the new law would be “simple to understand” and ease taxpayers’ burden.
In a major relief for millions of Indians, Ms. Sitharaman declared that under the new tax regime, there will be no income tax payable up to ₹12 lakh-or ₹12.75 lakh, including standard deductions.
Simplification of Tax Laws: The proposed Direct Tax Code (DTC) will streamline the tax regulations by reducing the complexity of the Income Tax Act, 1961, which currently consists of 23 chapters and 298 sections. The new code is expected to

For high earners, the maximum tax rate may be standardized at 35%, replacing the existing variable surcharge.

Limited Deductions & Exemptions: Lastly the option to choose between tax regimes may be eliminated, and tax deductions/exemptions may be significantly reduced, aligning with the new regime.

Ienjoyed a recent television interview of Cynt Marshall. Cynt as she prefers to be called, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Dallas Mavericks. Called by Mark Cuban back in 2018 she left her long held role at AT&T to become the first black woman to lead an NBA team. Her story was beautifully captured by her interviewer as he canvassed her new autobiography, "You've Been Chosen: Thriving Through the Unexpected”. I love that she was a woman of faith and proudly so. Knowing I can always learn from a leader such as herself, I took time way from my own family to really take it in. I even had to pause a few times and circle back. Trust me, it’s the life of the mother I now am.
I walked away with something she shared succinctly. There are three L’s in Leadership. She declared they are to listen, to learn and to love.
Days later now I reflect and ponder in what ways do I feel I live the three L’s as the leader at the helm of HRBoost, LLC. I truly believe leadership lives at all levels in my business and among my team. Like Cynt, I feel blessed not lucky.
In today’s talent turbulence, I like to think I practice what I preach within my business as much as WE deliver such practices to our diverse portfolio of clients in Chicago. When I meet a new Booster, I tell them the whole story of how HRBoost came to be and if they want the story on how I came to be me, that too is gifted to them. I listen for

the three things that they must do every day to feel joy. I listen for the spark that brings them to life in our field of HR, better known as workplace ministry at HRBoost. I listen for their desired boundaries and point out the important of sharing it with everyone on the team, so their personal lives don’t get sacrificed by our work. Months later, I meet with them again. A meeting we call a “Leadership Success Exchange”. The agenda is to listen and ask how my business serves their life goals, their needs, and even their dreams. Not just at work either, but at home and in life. We employ a wonderful tool provided by Become Unmistakable, called a UMAP. I ask my team to give their voice to our GAPM (Generally Applied People Metrics) anonymous survey 2x a year. I then know that once you become the perceived “boss”, no one is as honest as they once were, as psychological safety is not found in each person. Be it due to me, them or another on the team. Thus, deidentified, I listen and then send a neutral person on my team to seek qualitative findings. I then listen to proposed solutions as culture is not from me but rather a team process that changes, evolves and is proactively nurtured.
By committing to our culture with such rigor, I feel I learn. I find it absolutely breathtaking to witness team shout outs and praise in the form of peer feedback on our Bonusly platform. There, our Shared Core Values (developed by the WE back in 2012) now LIVE and the GIF, emoji, and hashtags delight me as I learn by witnessing so much my Boosters are doing to serve one another and our clients. As my business grows, it has become so much more than me and even yesterday, a new Booster has brainstormed a new revenue stream that they can now bring to HRBoost. Collaboration truly requires taking time to listen and learn. Together, he and I created something new and voila, it went out in a proposal the same day!
Last but certainly not least, love. I love our intellectual playground at work, and I delight that I witness the love of others at work in it. What could be better than loving your work and your co-workers? Whether you are in the same physical space or lack proximity, you are tied to work and likely others who co-create the magic of it all with you. I expect our team to LOVE and to LOVE, one MUST care! As we say in Vistage, give it GAS! That’s right, to be a real leader you have to Give a Sh%$! Without love of self, it’s hard to love another. At HRBoost®, we start with cognitive Assessments so we can see the gifts of the Boosters immediately and then they can see the gifts of their peers in a shared drive. Emotional intelligence only comes to be when two people choose to really see each other and aim to meet in the middle. Yes, at HRBoost we want, in fact it is our Vision, to bring JOY and PURPOSE to PEOPLE through their Work! Because without that commitment to love and self-love of our graces at work, what’s the point?
Thank you Cynt for giving me the lens to really think, how do I Listen, Learn and Love? I think I will keep auditing this measure of leadership with my Boosters!

The electronics manufacturing industry has been changing rapidly over the last few decades. This rapid change has created several roadblocks for companies, which are now facing difficulties keeping up with their competitors While many are witnessing significant slowdowns due to changing market conditions, few look to continue making an impact in the future. One such organization is Thinksemi Infotech Pvt Ltd., which is an electronics manufacturing services company exporting a wide range of products, including Electronic modules, GPS Vehicle Tracking systems, GPS Tracking devices, Integrated Circuits, etc.
Founded in 2016, Thinksemi Infotech provides services on various innovative products. Most of the manufacturers imports product from China in Semi Knock Down (SKD) and Complete Knock Down(CKD) conditions so far. However, as a supporter of the ‘Make in India’ concept, the company has set up a full range of electronics manufacturing and services units to support the local manufacturers with world-class support and services.
Also, according to the client’s need, Thinksemi’s highly qualified R&D team can customize various high-value products into similar products with low-cost solutions. Additionally, with the help of skilled engineers, Thinksemi can convert its customers’ ideas into a well-built technology.
Led by its Managing Director, Sudharsan Ramajeyam, Thinksemi Infotech also helps its clients with best-in-class Turnkey Solutions. These solutions include Procurement of Electronic Components, PCB, harness, and assembly with continuous QMS and performing firmware, chamber, and in-house tests.
Sudharsan pursued his Master’s Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, in 2012. Then he started his career as a salesperson and slowly rose to the ranks of Managing Director. His past knowledge and passion for electronics have helped him to understand the market to a great extent, which has eventually led to the inception of Thinksemi Infotech in 2016.
He believes if an individual decides to be an entrepreneur, then that person must start his/her career by joining a small company, giving 100% effort, understanding the clients’ issues, and providing the right solution. This will eventually help that individual upgrade his/her knowledge, which is very important to start a company.
Since the firm’s inception, fulfilling clients’ expectations by delivering excellent quality products has played an integral part in its vision, and Sudharsan personally ensures the best product quality by establishing a QMS. During its initial phases, Thinksemi had only two people working for it, and Sudharsan played most of the roles starting from packing to delivering products to the clients.

India witnessed a sharp rise in covid cases in March 2020, which led to a countrywide lockdown. It hampered the industry for quite a few days, leading to low demand and sales. Due to the low sales number, Thinksemi’s inventory started piling up. So, the organization shifted its focus to various medical equipment, including ventilators, temperature monitors, pulse oximeters, etc.
With the vision to meet customer needs and expectations by providing the best quality PCB assembly while adhering to legal and applicable requirements, Thinksemi has become one of the top global electronics manufacturing companies. The firm works with its clients to provide the necessary cutting-edge technologies in its electronics manufacturing services that reduce costs and increase durability and reliability throughout the product’s lifecycle.
Also, Sudharsan aspires to guide his team to focus more on what they do and ask them to stay updated on technology. Quality is very important for him, so he always insists the team achieve the best possible quality.
Sudharsan states, “Quality is Most Important Than Quantity, so our Engineer Team and Supply Chain Specialists’ Industry-Specific Expertise and Ingenuity allow Thinksemi Architects to find a solution that satisfies the Constraints of (Any Specific) Business Environment.”
