Those of you who know us know we have always “brought the best” to the table. Not only for this offering but many more to come We are truly committed to the seedstock community! This year we are incorporating all of our endeavours Limousin, Angus, Simmental and Club Calf genetics I’ve always said good cattle are good cattle no matter what breed they are. Therefore, we are showcasing the best 31 heifer caves we have for your appraisal. This year Fantasy showcases her first progeny with not only purebred Limousin genetics but some Club Calf beauties as well Fantasy is our most known foundation cow owned with Edwards Limousin in Saskatchewan She has won just about every major show in Western Canada including being the only Limousin heifer to win the First Lady Classic at Canadian Western Agribition as a yearling

We are also offering some exciting calves out of our senior herd sire, TMCK Durham Wheat, the 2012 National Champion Limousin Bull This sire is know as a “heifer maker” His ability to produce awesome females is second to none The other sires represented are AHCC Westwind and Wulfs Zane Westwind really puts muscle shape and performance in his calves while the Zane genetics add the length and structure. We are proud to own the Canadian semen rights on both of these bulls Combine these top sires with genetics from our most recent donors and newest Lim-Flex genetics and the results are impressive

New to the sale this year we are offering other breeds My family has been raising Angus cattle for over 100 years Angus has always been a part of our farm, but not in the spot light People who come to the farm are always impressed with the Angus herd so Kim and I decided to rebuild and expand the foundation that we had several years ago when we made the move to Olds This group of heifers that make up our sale consists of a couple of HF Rebel daughters and daughters of our home raised 80Z bull that goes back to the Marvel bull owned with LLB Angus, Earley Brothers, Pete Frigters and Steve Debus.

Although the Simmental portion of the offering is small, the quality runs deep These two females have the show heifer look, adding loads of performance and growth that the Simmental breed is known for.

The Club Calf section for the offering is unique to us Cassie and Caitlyn have been 4-H members for several years and we started breeding some cows this way to raise some show steers. We used our best commercial and purebred cows to blend with these genetics and believe these heifers will not only excel in the show ring, but produce the top genetics demanded in today's market place If the names of these females seem a little obscure my daughter London has personally named these females at birth she fondly points them out and refers to them by name so we decided to keep their notorious names

HSF Your Fantasy is a female that needs no intorduction!

I believe she is the best individual we have ever raised. She star ted her show career as a calf along side her dam as my daughter Cassie's 4-H project and from that point on she has been unstopable. The power and style that she exhibits is second to none and her progeny are no exception.

We sold 1/2 interest in this Homo Black and Homo Polled female in our 2011 production sale to Edwards Limousin in Saskatchewan for $19,500 She has gone on to do great things ever since. As a yearling she was awarded the title of National Champion Limousin Female in Brandon, Manitoba and carried on that winning streak at Canadian Western Agribition

What an exciting week that was.... HSF Your Fantasy was the overall winner of the CWA First Lady Classic, and set the record as the first ever Limousin Female to win that title During the Limousin show she was named the Grand Champion Limousin Female and she rounded out the week of Championships with the Grand Champion Female at the Canadian Junior Beef Extreme

Her dam, HSF Tinkerbell, also sold for $14,500 for 1/2 interest to Greenwood Limousin and Payne Livestock of Saskatchewan in the 2011 sale. Her progeny has also excelled and been highlights in these two notorious programs.

Her sire, MAGS War Admiral, was the Grand Champion Bull at the 2010 Olds Fall Classic, Junior Champion Bull at the 2010 Far mfair and Reser ve Junior Champion Bull at the 2010 Canadian Western Agribition.

We have not sold Angus females in previous production sales and believe me this is going to be a hard one to let go.

In early 2013 Lee Wilson and Mike Earley were out to check the bull pen. 80Z was the top bull that they picked out of all breeds. They could not have been more correct! Although we only got to use him for two spring breeding sessions and two fall breeding sessions before he got hurt, his progeny is making a big impact on the Riverstone breeding program.
