Our exhibitors, competitors and guests have come to expect an environment at ORE that consistentlyfosters healthy competition, safety, comradery and commerce.

How Can I Invest in ORE on a Year Round Basis?

How Can I Invest in ORE’s Signature Events?

This package outlines two ways you can invest and participate in ORE events. This encouragesbusinesses and individuals todo one of two things: select specificSignatureEvents which share your passions orindustryinterest OR choosing a year round exposure through the Digital Logo to assure that year round guests understand your supportin our organization and can choose to do business with while spending time in our community and greater region.

Of course, ORE staff would be delighted to answer any questions and are willingto tailor your sponsorshipin a waythatbest suits your objectives and aligns with our sponsorship portfolio.

Thank you again,

To Our Sponsors...

On behalf of the ORE Management Team, we could not be more proud of our exhibition diversification over the last year. Collectively, in tandem with the Board, evaluate operational efficiencies to establish best practices that ensure O RE is financially sustainable as well as a destination of choice for our clients, guests and community members. Having said that, when many organizations have struggled to maintain engagement from sponsors and partners, O RE has worked very hard to preserve, and in some cases grow, sponsorship contributions. Given the current economic pressures, we feel confident that reflects a solid endorsement for our annual programming portfolio.

Change is what keeps our business exciting and certainly challenges us to think critically, strategically and innovatively. 2015 marked the first time in O RE’s history that we housed year round Standardbred Racing Horses and their respective trainers and owners. This meant that their overall footprint on our grounds was an impact to access, egress and facility utilization. As the Standardbreds remain with O RE, the buzz and activity is exhilarating seven days a week. O RE was also delighted to work in partnership with Range Road Productions, Pomeroy and Olds College on the first production of Oldstoberfest. We were all astounded with the attendance and look forward to future productions and the impact in our community. And finally, the Board and Management Team are confident the construction and opening of the Community Kitchen will be a game changer for O RE. The diversified revenue stream and enhanced guest experience will elevate our competitiveness to attract larger events and programs. This project also encourages community members and entrepreneurs to have access to a commercially approved kitchen to make their value-added product dreams a reality. A huge “Thank You” to Federated Co-op Ltd. for putting this dream into motion and assuring our community a quality gathering space accessible to all!

Recognition of the contributions to O RE is so important. Our inaugural Partner Recognition Event took place on November 25th, 2015 where many of our sponsors, partners and community leaders gathered for O RE’s official “Thank You” and an opportunity for networking and fellowship. This was another opportunity to reinforce the importance of sponsorship and philanthropy in our rural communities. Your investment in our annual programs and Signature Events allows us to deliver on our core values including:

• Youth: investing in the promise of tomorrow’s leaders

• Agriculture: investing in the promise of quality food production and agri-commerce

• Community: investing in the promise of economic growth and development

Again, thank you! We look forward to speaking with you in the very near future!

Regards,

$2500 ~ ORE Year Round Sponsor
