world settings across the greater Atlanta area. ese tours include visits to the infrastructure-Automotive Technology Laboratory (iATL), the world's rst privatesector connected vehicle lab, built to test and deploy real-world intelligent transportation solutions. e tours also feature a visit to the Cobb County Braves Stadium TMC, a sophisticated on-site tra c management command centre that manages both vehicular and pedestrian tra c for the 42,000+ seat stadium. e nal tour is the Georgia Department of Transportation's Transportation Management Centre, the nerve centre for Georgia's world-class ITS, operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

PTV Group Launches Automated, Ready-to-Use Microsimulation Models
Accurate digital representations of road networks are essential for tra ic simulation.
At the ITS World Congress in Atlanta, PTV Group, part of the international mobility brand Umovity, will unveil a major innovation: PTV Model2Go for PTV Vissim, bringing automated, ready-to-use microsimulation models to the world’s leading tra c simulation software.
PTV Model2Go in general is a game changer in city and transportation planning: It uses a unique technology that automates the important parts of the model-building process and delivers a basic transport model of any city or metropolitan area in the world in just one week.
Developed in collaboration with Japanese high-de nition map data provider Dynamic Map Platform (DMP), the new combination of Model2Go and PTV Vissim eliminates the need for time-consuming manual network creation, dramatically reducing project workloads. Instead, simulation-ready networks are generated directly from DMP’s high-precision 3D maps—signi cantly facilitating tra c engineering projects and virtual test drives across the automotive sector.

Network Optix will be in Atlanta to unveil the latest release of its Nx Go ‘Camera as a Universal Sensor’ update, demonstrating how any camera can become a geo-coordinated IoT sensor and provide precise, real-time intelligence to modern transport systems.
e centrepiece of the stand will be a live 3D map of Curiosity Lab at Peachtree Corners. Hundreds of xed, mobile, and body-worn cameras will be shown in operation; each video stream is automatically onboarded by Nx AI Manager, which can deploy any neural network model — vehicle classi cation, pedestrian detection, number plate recognition, you name it — to edge hardware with a single click. Inference happens on-site, keeping latency below one second and bandwidth costs low.
Every detected object is converted into GeoJSON, a spatially rich format that includes class, con dence, world coordinates, and a persistent track ID. Nx Go then publishes these messages to standard MQTT topics, allowing signal controllers, digital twins, incident management consoles, or data lakes to subscribe — just
