YOUR TOURNAMENT
We strive to provide you with ease of planning and execution for your upcoming golf tournament; meanwhile, maintaining our standard of excellence. Below you will find ease in our simplified checklist:
1.Establish the main contact for your golf tournament committee and reach out to our Head Golf Professional with your expected number of players to confirm availability.
2. Schedule a meeting to discuss logistics including format, date, prizing, sponsorship and budget with your Tournament Liasion.
3. Discuss with our Events Manager the food and beverage component including desired service style (buffet vs plated; host vs tickets), menus, infrastructure (tents, chairs, tables, etc.) and sponsored vendors.
All corporate golf tournaments will be scheduled on Thursdays, with a minimum requirement of 200 players or $55,000 spend or otherwise approved by our Head Golf Professional, and will be hosted in a 36-hole shotgun format. A $5,000 deposit will be required from new clients to secure the date, or $500 from existing clients, due upon signing our Corporate Tournament Agreement. This deposit will be applied to the final bill. If the course is closed due to inclement weather on the day of, the Club will do its best to reschedule your tournament.
Participants will be sure to experience culinary excellence, whether it be on-course or during your event’s reception, arranged by our chef and event planning professionals. Included in this package is a complete list of food and beverage options.
Power Carts
PGG&CC has a fleet of 100 power carts. Each golf cart can accommodate no more than two people. Any additional fleet carts required will be supplied at an extra cost of $96 per cart and must be ordered at least 2 months in advance. Tournaments are responsible for any damage to power carts.
Speed of Play
We believe that a round of golf that takes too long to complete reduces the level of enjoyment for everyone. PGG&CC does have a course ambassador on the course and the goal for each tournament is a maximum of 4.5 to 5 hours of play.
Volunteers
On course volunteers should arrive no later than one hour prior to tee off. Hole-in-one volunteers will be provided with a complimentary table and chair(s) at the tee box. Please coordinate all course requirements with the Tournament Liasion prior to your event.
Etiquette
Please remind your group to observe proper golf etiquette, such as repair ball marks, divots, rake bunkers, etc. The organizing group accepts responsibility for any damage to the Golf Course or other property caused by the group or any of it’s players. All adjacent property is off limits to golfers.
Rule Sheets
PGG&CC will prepare your rule sheets. We will print them off and place them in the power carts. Please provide your Tournament Liaison with the rules for your event as well as a copy of your logo.
Club Rentals
A limited number of golf club rentals are available at PGG&CC at a cost of $49 per set. Clubs must be reserved in advance to ensure availability.
Hole-In-One Insurance
PGG&CC is happy to arrange hole-in-one insurance for your tournament. Please discuss your insurance requirements with your Tournament Liaison.
Tournament Golf Clinic
We would be happy to arrange professional golf instruction clinics for your group, this would include video and TrackMan technology. An additional cost is required for this service. Please discuss your requirements with your Tournament Liaison.
List of Foursomes
Your Tournament Liaison will provide you with a specific Excel template to enter your participants into foursomes, and this must be sent back by the Monday prior to your tournament. If there are any special requests, please notify your Tournament Liaison. A detailed list of all skill prize holes and a copy of the rules sheet you are using must also be sent to your Tournament Liaison at least one week prior to the tournament start date. Should the number of players differ greatly from the original booking, PGG&CC reserves the right to alter the starting times or style of start.
Signage
Hole signage on both golf courses, entrance, registration and practice area signage are permitted. Please bring all signs to PGG&CC at least one day prior to the event to ensure adequate set up time. Our team will pick up all signs immediately after play.
AV System
The Clubhouse is equipped with a state of the art AV System for your use during the event.

The following scoring package is included:
• Alphabetical and foursome report for easy and efficient registration with the option to include up to one sponsorship logo.
• On course hole contest markers with sponsorship logos.
• Cart staging with cart signage (player name & hole assignment) with sponsorship logos.
• Custom scorecards with sponsorship logos.
• Tournament rule sheet.
• Quick and accurate scoring report with hole contest pickup.
Responsible Beverage Service
At PGG&CC we are committed to the safety of all our guests. Tournaments are responsible to ensure all guests have safe transportation to and from the event. PGG&CC is able to assist in your guests’ safe driving alternatives if so required. The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission allows one sponsored alcoholic beverage hole for each nine holes, no exceptions. At no time may volunteers distribute alcohol unless they have proof of a valid Pro Serve Certification. All alcohol must be purchased through the Club and will be subjected to an 18% service charge. All on course food and beverage requests are due no later than three weeks prior to your tournament date.
Smoking/Marijuana/Cannabis
PGG&CC is a non-smoking facility. Smoking (including the use of electronic cigarettes) is not permitted within any buildings, patios or temporary structures (including tents). Smoking areas and cigarette butt receptacles are located 6 meters outside all entrances. The sale or consumption of cannabis (either by edibles or smoking) is not permitted on PGG&CC property.

Minimum Pricing
All corporate tournaments will be charged a minimum per day of $275 per player (first 200 players) and $298 per additional player comprised of the following:
Guest fee - $180 per player
Power cart - $50/cart for the first 100 carts; $96/cart for the balance
Merchandise - minimum $20 per player
Food services - minimum $50 per player plus 18% service charge
Our dedicated team of Golf Professionals will assist you with purchasing tee gifts and prizes for your event. In part of our ‘Priddis Price Advantage’ program, we guarantee you the best price among the industry leading brands carried in our Golf Shop. Pre-ordered product will be stored and setup at your registration prior to your arrival. Adding to your extraordinary golf experience at Priddis Greens, guests indulge in culinary excellence.
Minimum requirement of 200 players (maximum 256 players) unless otherwise approved by the Head Golf Professional
GST of 5% will be applied to the final invoice, including all golf related fees and food and beverage items.
Billing
Please note, cash is not accepted at any of our facilities. Final billing for all costs will be made payable within 15 days immediately after the event, less the initial deposit due upon signing. Food and beverages (excluding rentals and hole setup fees) are subject to a 18% service charge and GST. Interest rate of 2% per month will be billed on any outstanding balance past the billing term.

Host Tab: All beverages are paid for by the host party.
Drink Tickets: The host will provide a set amount of drink tickets redeemable for beverages -OR- guests purchase their own tickets, payable to credit/debit or member account (cash not accepted).
*Customized drink tickets can be provided after confirmation From Event Manager is received.
Wine Pass: Chosen wine will be offered to guests during dinner service - amount of wine passes are to be determined by client and executed by Priddis Greens employees. Wine passes are complimentary. Pricing will be based upon cost of selected wine products.
Specialty Cocktail Service: Specialty cocktails can be curated and served on your event day. Pricing for each cocktail is $14/per. *Subject to price change dependent on required choice of spirit.*
POLICIES & REGULATIONS

Committee Responsibility
The tournament committee is responsible for all damages to the Clubhouse, golf courses, power carts, and/or other facilities of the Club resulting from your tournament. Priddis Greens is not responsible for golf clubs and other equipment while at the Club, nor accepts liability for injury or damage incurred by the action of a tournament member or guest.
Beverages & Outside Sponsorship
The Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission allows one sponsored alcoholic beverage hole for each nine holes with no exceptions. At no time may volunteers distribute alcohol unless they have proof of Pro Serve Certification. All alcohol must be purchased through the Club and will be subjected to an 18% service charge. All on course food and beverage requests are due no later than three weeks prior to your tournament date.
All outside sponsored food holes must be approved by the PGG&CC and must comply with the safe food handling minimum requirements. A maximum of one sponsored food hole per nine holes will be permitted unless approved by PGG&CC.
All sponsored holes and product requests must be confirmed three weeks prior to the event. To enhance your experience, we strongly suggest sponsors ensure adequate resources are pre-arranged to service a large number of guests in a short period of time. Hole set up for sponsors will include a cost of $75 per hole as well as GST. All other requests must be received three weeks prior to the event. The following will be provided by PGG&CC for all confirmed sponsor holes - please note that additional rentals may be needed depending on the amount of sponsors on course during the tournament.

Dress Code
Golfers and persons using the Clubhouse, Golf Course and other facilities must be suitably attired. Management reserves the right to deny golfing and other privileges to anyone who, in the option of Club Management, does not meet the following standards: (a) manufactured non-metal golf shoes or flat, soft-soled shoes must be worn on the golf course; (b) no blue jeans; (c) shorts are permitted provided they are properly tailored - no gym shorts, cut-offs or bathing suits are allowed; (d) men must wear shirts with collars and ladies may not wear halter tops.
