BeWell Kitchen a hit with Topeka Presbyterian Manor residents Our residents recently enjoyed an opportunity for some fun in the kitchen learning some tips and tricks for staying healthy while still enjoying great culinary options. Founded by Cura Hospitality, BeWell is a program meant to empower adults to be more physically active while taking a greater interest in overall wellbeing. It includes a rewards program that provides incentives to fuel working out with healthy eating choices. The program is designed with senior living communities in mind. Since Cura is a dining partner of Topeka Presbyterian Manor, implementing the program has been relatively easy and residents have enjoyed getting to know more about how healthy dining choices can lead to more fuel for staying fit.
