Community welcomes Anissa Solis to Manor of the Plains staff

Three local artists among Art is Ageless® masterpiece level winners Three winning artists in Manor of the Plains annual Art is Ageless® juried competition will be featured in the 2024 Art is Ageless calendar produced by PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®). “Last of the Hedgerow “Last of the Hedgerow Holdouts,” Patrycia Ann Holdouts,” a Drawing Herndon entry by Patrycia Ann Herndon, and “Just Hanging Out,” a Painting entry by Linda Kobs, will appear in the calendar when it is released this fall.

Works by local winners are automatically entered into a masterpiece level competition with winning art from 14 other PMMA® communities. More than 190 entries were received for this year’s masterpiece competition. The winners are featured in the Art is Ageless calendar with pull-out postcards and greeting cards.

Anissa Solis

In May, Anissa Solis joined the Manor of the Plains community as a member of its sales and marketing staff. Anissa is originally from Liberal and had previously worked for Verizon as a sales associate, trainer and mentor. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her dog, Luna, watching movies and attending concerts. u
