What makes a Signature Design so strategic is the variations that can be developed. Each concept offers different scales, compositions, colors, materials and surface finishes, construction principles, and illumination methods.

Crystal Bicones

Before light can whisper its story, it seeks a protagonist — a singular gem that can be the hero of its tale. Crystal Bicones begins as a solo hand-made jewel: a precise, radiant element that sets the narrative in motion. As the story unfolds, it grows and multiplies in compositions to weave unexpected plot twists.

Decorative cuts, inner silvering, and curated colour coatings define each bicone’s character, while injected LED light adds drama from within. Facets and bubbles play key supporting roles, introducing moments of tension and surprise.

Crystal Bicones transforms a solitary jewel into a living portrayal of light where every configuration writes a new ending, and each installation sets the stage of this epic story.

Crystal Bicones feature hand-blown crystal bicones in five sizes, adorned with infused bubbles or distinctive hand-cut patterns. Featuring colour-coated surfaces combined with inner silvering, or refined matte exterior finishes, these luxurious components reveal a rich, variable appearance with exceptional depth and detail.

Lighting e ects

INJECTED LIGHTING

When illuminated, crystal bicones become radiant sources of light. Illumination passes through the crystal mass, reflecting off internal bubbles and handmade cuts. The inner silver layer intensifies reflections, creating high-density optical effects, while matte colours produce a softer, more tranquil glow.

STATIC & DYNAMIC LIGHTING

Choose from static white, tunable white, or RGBW options to create a distinctive lighting signature. Specialised LED chips and Preciosa’s unique controller approach enable the use of slim 2-core cabling, reducing visual impact and preserving the purity of the overall design.
