P a r k w o o d M a r k e t U p d a t e • 2 nd H a l f 2 0 2 6 In Q2 2026, Parkwood* recorded a median house price of $1,332,500 and a median unit price of $875,000, representing an annual (Q2 2025 – Q2 2026) median price growth of 15.9% for houses and 21.5% for units. During the same time, house sales increased by 9.5% (to 23 in Q2 2026), confirming a highly-demanded house market. This provides a buffer against cash rate hikes in 2026 and supports house median price growth, making now an ideal time for owners to capitalize on their investments. The unit market remains small-scale, with only 5 sales recorded in Q2 2025, but still achieved 66.7% growth. Most houses were sold within the mid-price bracket between $1.25M - $1.5M (37.7%), in good news for buyers. However, with no new ready-to-sell houses planned from 2026 onwards, buyers need to act fast.
