Rumah Pompa Ancol is a key water management facility designed to support flood control efforts in the Ancol coastal area of North Jakarta The building functions as an operational hub for a series of high-capacity pumps that regulate water levels within the surrounding drainage network, especially during tidal surges and peak rainfall events. The project integrates industrial functionality with robust architectural detailing, ensuring durability, maintainability, and efficient workflow for on-site personnel The form and the main layout of the building is designed by the principal and lead architect I contributed to the making of diagrams seen in the following pages, excluding exterior renders.

The building has 4 different building masses: (1) the mass of the new pump house building, (2) the mass of the existing pump house building with an extension for the gallery area, (3) the mass of the water gate guard, and (4) the guard post

The building's materials include a concrete structure with a GRC composite facade and a polycarbonate crown roof bearing the relevant agency's identity. The materials chosen focused on weather resistance, low maintenance, and primary protection.
