91-year-old man skydives at Royal Gorge Skydive to surprise his wife By Chris Graham The Daily Record
Living life to its fullest never rang truer than when World War II veteran Harold Tidenberg jumped out of a plane Saturday at age 91 to surprise his wife, Diana, for her 80th birthday. Tidenberg completed a tandem jump at Royal Gorge Skydive from 14,000 feet and landed safely on the ground. Titanburger’s surprise didn’t go quite the way he wanted to surprise his wife because his jump got delayed by an hour, and by that time, his wife figured out that he was going to jump. Skydiving has been on Titanburger’s bucket list for a couple of years and the main inspiration to skydive was that former president George H.W. Bush skydived when he was 90. Tidenberg wanted to beat Bush at 91. “This has been something on my bucket list for two years,” Tidenberg India Beach / Daily Record said. “I’m going to jump at 91 so I Sunset on Main at 605 Main St. recently opened can beat George Bush.” in Cañon City. Tidenberg has been trying to skydive for while, but some places wouldn’t let him until Royal Gorge Skydive. Tidenberg is from Albuquerque, N.M., but was visiting Canon City for a family reunion. Many of Tiden-

I am the only candidate not entrenched in Fremont County law enforcement. I am running as an independent candidate in the November election. I feel the Sheriff’s office should be non-partisan. PROTECT AND SERVE will be our motto.
We will return to some of the old school law enforcement standards:
Your Sheriff’s Department will be Professional, Courteous, and Consistent. We will do the best thing for each situation, within the boundaries of what the law allows, and
apply some good old style common sense practices! Skip Moreau • 719-337-8143 Skipforsheriff@gmail.com

Canterbury for Sheriff I am Boyd Canterbury, I am running for Sheriff of Fremont County. I have approximately 29 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Bail Bonds, and Bounty Hunting. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree In Human Relations. At one time I was a town trustee. I was formally CLETA certified(Colorado Law Enforcement Training Academy) along with being a CLETA Instructor. I have been through a lot of the same schooling as my opponents such as, Homicide Investigations, Drug Trafficking, Weapon’s Techniques, Crime Scene Investigations and more. I have operated a multi -million dollar budget that was audited annually by the State Of Colorado. But this isn’t what it’s all about. This upcoming election isn’t about me . It’s about you and me and what we can do together for our Community and how we can make a difference in our Sheriff ’s Department. I am Boyd Canterbury and I am running for Sheriff of Fremont County. Thank You, Boyd Canterbury Canterburyforsheriff.com
