PGMAG: Brief us about your outset story of your career.
NA: Originally, I am from Mykolaiv, Ukraine, my journey began as a schoolgirl with dreams of exploring the world. Investing in my personal growth, I focused on English language education. After attending an economic lyceum to specialize in economics, my academic journey continued with a Bachelor's and later a Master's in Management of International Business from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, Kyiv, Ukraine, spanning from 2000 to 2006.
Post-graduation, I co-authored a book with my mentor, Dr. II. Dakhno titled "Management of Foreign Economic Activity," Management of Foreign Activity published in 2007 in Ukrainian language and widely utilized by libraries and research centres, in Ukraine. By that time my corporate career flourished, working with some of the most renowned names in the food industry. In 2015, I ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding the trading startup Olvia EXIM LP in Europe.
In 2018, I anticipated the benefits of global distribution that encouraged me to move to a much strategic location moving my complete operation to the modern hub of trading the

United Arab Emirates. I solely started my operations as INAS EXIM LLC moving from Europe to the Middle East, capitalizing on my know-how, experience and the logistical advantages United Arab Emirates had to offer.
As leader in international trade, I've shared valuable market insights with international business magazines, addressing trends, challenges of globalization, and trade impacts. This wealth of experience and expertise is further encapsulated in my published business book, “Synergy: A Synopsis of an Elite Business Partnership” co-authored with my business
Being an environment activist, I have plans to see a better tomorrow and bring positive changes in the world we live in today!
NA: The sky is the limit, or is it? 5 years down the lane my focus is not just on the growth of my company in global trade but also grow with responsibility. Working on unique projects that would bring positive changes in the environment. Being an environment activist, I have plans to see a better tomorrow and bring positive changes in the world we live in today!
PGMAG: Tell us a little bit about your current projects.
NA: In collaboration with Golden Star International we have launched a project GreenCom UAE introducing, a revolutionary, 100% chemicalfree, enzyme-based cleaning solution, embodying our commitment to environmental responsibility. Beyond a product launch, it's a pledge for
future generations.
Launched alongside COP28, UAE, in December, 2023, it addresses health and environmental concerns, aligning with the Net zero strategy and Sustainable Development Goals of UN. Versatile applications highlight its positive impact, and GreenCom UAE inspires individuals and businesses to embrace eco-friendly solutions. With a collective commitment to sustainability, it stands as a catalyst for positive change, contributing to a greener, cleaner Earth in line with global agendas.
PGMAG: Who in your life inspires you the most?
NA: Situation! Life had its challenges… What changed me was my refusal to give up! The person in the mirror was what inspired me the most, I am by nature very analytical person and judging from friends, relatives, working with some of the king pins and leaders of their industry were all my inspirations came from but above all was my determination to be and not stop until I
reach, has got me here where I am today. This is not as far as I want to be but by far way ahead from where I start from.
PGMAG: What advice would you give to the next generation of aspiring leaders?
NA: Understanding the world on a global scale is important in our interconnected society. The ongoing trend of globalization demands insightful thinking to propel our community to new heights. Encouraging people to think beyond their local surroundings helps reduce conflicts, maintain peace, and contribute to saving our planet together. Facing climate change, the biggest global challenge, needs everyone to work together. Thinking about the whole world not only helps us cooperate better but also lets us deal with common problems. It's important for each person to contribute to building a peaceful and sustainable future for all countries.

In the symphony of life, each of us carries a unique melody, a personal 'Hallelujah' that defines who we are. As an Authenticity and Transformation Advocate with over thirty years’ experience guiding Leaders and Entrepreneurs, I've witnessed the transformative power of embracing this personal anthem.
My signature programme “Standing Up In Your Own Hallelujah” isn't just about finding your voice in professional settings; it's also crucial in personal relationships, especially when navigating the complex dynamics of passive aggression, emotional abuse or narcissism!
Authenticity begins with self-awareness –understanding your values, passions, and strengths. When we truly understand who we are, we create shifts and transformations that impact all areas of our lives. It is almost impossible to align ourselves in one area and it does not affect another. If we find ourselves feeling ill at ease, lacking focus or purpose, the chances are we are out of alignment!
As a child, I knew I wanted to “make people feel good”. However, the traditional pathway was

education and a “good job”, which I followed! Starting my career at the BBC, I loved it but soon had “itchy feet” during a time when my peers were settling into long term positions and hoping for the proverbial gold clock! To others I appeared fickle as they thought I had the ideal job and a great lifestyle to match - to myself I was searching! What I did not realise at the time was that I wasn’t searching for the ideal job, I was searching for ME! I had to find what really made my heart sing ... my own Hallelujah moment! Through being very honest and shutting out the noise of others, eventually I
started to see glimpses of who I truly am, boundaries were reset, and a new vision created.
This journey is vital – it makes you not just a better professional but, more importantly, a better human. Relating with others from this place of authenticity transforms all relationships - it inspires trust, confidence, harmony and even creativity.
Empowering Exercise: Reflect on relationships where you feel pressured to conform. Consider how being more authentic could transform not just you but also those around you.
We know dealing with egomaniacs, either at home or work, can be stressful but reconnecting with your authentic self is a powerful defence. It helps you identify and uphold your boundaries, ensuring you don’t lose your sense of self in trying to please others or being overwhelmed by others.
As a child, I knew I wanted to “make people feel good”. However, the traditional pathway was education and a “good job”, which I followed!
Vulnerability, during these situations, is a powerful catalyst for transformation. It involves the bravery of showing your true self, which is not a sign of weakness but a profound strength. Standing Up in Your Own Hallelujah becomes a transformational resource. It means not only acknowledging your emotions and needs but also honouring them, despite the fear of negative reactions or misunderstanding. This act of embracing your authentic self, even in the face of potential backlash, is what disrupts the cycle of emotional abuse and manipulation. It’s a declaration that your values, feelings, and experiences are valid and worthy of respect. This transformational step can shift the dynamics of a relationship, leading towards
healthier interactions and boundaries. As we are becoming increasingly aware, it is vital to be able to protect our own mental wellbeing and advocate for ourselves with clarity and confidence wherever possible.
Standing Up in Your Own Hallelujah creates a resonance. Being true to yourself invites authenticity from others, setting the stage for more genuine, respectful, and fulfilling relationships. Portraying your own selfworth acts as both a magnet and a mirror for others who might be struggling in their own interactions with passive aggressive or egomaniac individuals.
In challenging situations, Standing Up in Your Own Hallelujah becomes a shield. It empowers you to make decisions that honour your wellbeing and mental health. Many of my clients have a Hallelujah Statement which acts as an immediate reminder of who they are, what they do and the impact they have. To be honest, many of them cry when we first create their
Statement as it is a powerful reflection of themselves which they are, initially, unfamiliar with. However, once activated they often feel unstoppable!
Standing Up in Your Own Hallelujah doesn't just transform you; it influences those around you. By standing firm in your authenticity, you inspire others in similar situations to recognize their worth and find their voice. This is how individual transformation can lead to broader change in our personal lives and our communities.
It is an ongoing process of growth, resilience, and transformation. It’s about being uniquely and unapologetically YOU! It’s having the courage to have the healthier and more authentic relationships you deserve both personally and professionally.
Your Hallelujah moment is within YOU and it is waiting for you to Stand Up!

I had been through it all, and society, their talks with stigma and rumors didn't help me gain momentum to become whole again. Broken within, I fought fiercely to walk, walk my path, pick up my pieces and join my pieces of my puzzle of my being to bring back a new Me. Theory showed it to be much easier than in real life!
I fought. I raged. I sobbed. I embraced every negative emotion and somehow, I grew through it. I Re-defined me a few times over, painful an exercise as it was, I could not give up. My struggle. My Life. No one else to help me. So, I had to do it. I just had to.
Literally, to take my first step again after seven months of being the cripple just lying there, to finding my path, the pains of abuse being dealt with because of mind games and abuses, the anguish of emotional torment, all of it being embraced to help me grow and rebuild Me.
I took that first step, walking aids intact on either side... Pained with burning stabbing like burns as I tried to make my spine and body function again.... I took that first step!! And then the next and the next.
Fast forward a few months of therapy to learn to walk, organs to work again, the call came in to make sure I am there to greet him. Scared, as if I'm that little girl who wronged so badly, how

do I go back into the public space again, let alone see this man who was my guide all my life, who I feel I'd let down so badly with my wrong choices and not listening to the advice to leave the abuse etc.? What if he also thinks I'm bad in some way, like others do too... What if... And what if...... And still I chose to go to meet him, yes, in that crowd, in the public space. After all, he was a public figure too.
When I walked in to see him, I could hear the whispers of lies about me.... The turned heads and eyes shocked because I was not supposed to be alive. He stood up... I stopped... He acknowledged me... Walked and asked me to follow him... Leaving behind that entire crowd who shunned me but revered him. He called me aside and said to me, "I'm glad to see you BUT
Never do that again, ever!" and I was dumbstruck, knowing it had been a huge struggle to endure all the pains to win the battles. All I could mumble in return was, "Sorry, but it's just that I don't understand sometimes." He asked me to look at him as he spoke and his words uttered then changed Me within, forever.
"Let me make you understand. No matter how bad life gets, how awful people stigmatize you, or whatever be the adversity, when you achieve your goals of fighting your wars, you come out the strongest soldier of all... That soldier is YOU. So never ever walk with your head bowed down as if you are ashamed of You, especially in a crowd. Never. God is with You. God is within you. And You are His Soldier who has won His battle placed before You. Carry your head up always in praise of the Almighty, giving thanks for your victory over your inner battles. You cannot control others. You can only control You and your reaction to others and life. So, you’re walking with your head down is not what God wishes for You. All humankind is to be tested and fickle too. And
When I walked in to see him, I could hear the whispers of lies about me.... The turned heads and eyes shocked because I was not supposed to be alive.
You, I am proud of your efforts, your pains, your tears, your triumphs... Your journey has only just begun my child." Dumbstruck yet again, I realized the wisdom in words of my spiritual guide and mentor. And until my demise, I will teach off my life's lessons to better the lives of Humanity. I have grown within me through every adversity, through every tear.
Every struggle we encounter I believe is our window of opportunity to Re-Define our Core of who we are, empower ourselves and learn skills to convert that pain and difficulty into a strength and success. Grow You. Empower You. Treasure You. You are a gift unto yourself before all else. You are worthy!!

Many of us think of going with the flow, but who really takes control? Taking control is our own power to make things happen to achieve.
Your attention to what you do must be controlled rather than let’s go with the flow. We can easily procrastinate and put things off that need our attention. Each one of us, knows deep down our life is in our hands. We may ask for guidance and support and there is nothing wrong with that, I ask you to get a mentor or a coach to support your journey. This is where we must take control. We grow up learning from a teacher, we go to college learning from a tutor and the same with university as we want to grow and learn to become something greater or someone greater. So that greatness should not stop further in life, so keep being guided to get the best out of life. Yes, we can wish and hope, but that is not always enough to get to where a person wants to get to. That’s why personal development is important so we can see the wood for trees.
When the river is flowing, we don’t flow against it, yet we flow against life itself at times. That’s when the struggles come in. But sometimes going with the flow is idle especially in business and relationships. We must be the one who is progressing ln life.

We can easily procrastinate and put things off that need our attention. Each one of us, knows deep down our life is in our hands. We may ask for guidance and support and there is nothing wrong with that, I ask you to get a mentor or a coach to support your journey.
By putting our attention to personal development and growth we become greater, we observe the path, we see the development before our very eyes. Who wants to be stuck in life and not progress and develop?
The more we focus on something and put our attention to it, it becomes a habit. So, we must put our attention to that want we to change and develop, which can be uncomfortable at times but it is worth it.
So, my question to you is, what is your true desire that you would love to live, feel, aspire to be in?

It is that time of the Year again - time to hit the restart button, make new resolutions, start a positive habit, or end a negative one!
Before we look forward, it is important to look back and retrospect the past year so we can learn from our past mistakes and feel grateful about our wins, so we start this year with a renewed positive energy!
Doing this self-reflection is like holding a mirror to see both our strengths and flaws and this can be a powerful tool for personal growth!
If you haven’t tried it yet, I urge you to try it! I can assure you; it will be an eye-opening experience where you will realize that this exercise reveals many moments in your past year where you will feel proud of yourself and also many moments that will teach you valuable lessons on the past mistakes so you can move on and progress from those experiences!
2023 was a very eventful year for me and my introspection process truly uncovered some key lessons which I am glad to share here!
What do I mean by that?
I mean that do not look for external sources for inspiration for getting motivated to do things. Many times, external sources whether it is a positive upbeat song or a movie, whether it is a

good friend nudging to keep trying harder or if you have a coach to keep you accountable - all of these are great to get you started on your goals but without a process of without selfmotivation we cannot get far!
So often we find ourselves in that situation where we take up something and cannot complete it - I have personally faced similar challenges and what I have learned is that you and you alone need to develop that drive, that self-motivation to keep going and complete the task at hand.
You need to nudge yourself, have a system where you reward yourself for every small win that will give you motivation to keep going further.
When I reflect into 2023, I see that following this simple tip has helped to achieve some milestones although I did not have any external motivational factors. Last year was a critical year as I took on a Leadership role at my workplace in addition to my regular role and took on the responsibility as a Global Hire lead for our Asian Professionals ERG group at Gartner, this role pushed me way out of comfort zone but in a good way - it was challenging and fulfilling experience to lead many initiatives centered around increasing visibility and showcase the amazing work done by Asian American Community here in US . I was fortunate to host several coffee chats and interview many eminent Asian professionals as part of this initiative at Gartner. But again, most of these initiatives were self-driven and optional as there are no external motivators or monetary awards but doing this helped me hone my leadership skills and gain visibility in the company which will help me in long term career growth!
So, the lesson here is –When you are given a challenge and it is optional for you to take
You need to nudge yourself, have a system where you reward yourself for every small win that will give you motivation to keep going further.
it, nudge yourself, step up and take it! You will either succeed in that or will have a great learning experience from it! You will win either way.
LESSON # 2: SAY YES TO OPPORTUNITIES
Oftentimes opportunity knocks on the door disguised more as a challenge or a small risk! 2023 was one such year for me!
Life provided me a few such wonderful chances which I am glad I took it upon myself to say yes to and while these pushed me out of comfort zone it also stretched me and forced me to grow in ways that I never imagined.
I walked the ramp as a model for many fashion shows last year. I even got an opportunity
to work with many reputed designers in New York Fashion Week which led to many local shows here in Austin and like a ripple effect this led to me collaborate with local charities like Sewa International USA, Hindu Charities to raise funds and help for causes like providing education and necessities to the under privileged children both in US as well as motherland India. Saying Yes to such opportunities was a bit scary but it really forced me to be bold, get out of my shell and boosted my confidence to another level!
So the biggest lesson here is don’t hesitate to take on something new which pushes you out of your comfort because only those will stretch you and will mold you to be better version of yourself!
I learnt this lesson the hard way and last year taught me not to aim for everything but instead find my ideal balance in life! Most of us are constantly juggling multiple priorities in life and oftentimes, it is not possible to drop the ball on any of them.
Family time is important, finances are important so you just can’t quit your job, health is important and so is social lifeand not to forget that we need to follow our passion while doing this delicate balance act of multiple priorities in life! When I initially started Podcasting, I enjoyed it so much and it became my creative outlet but as months rolled by, I noticed that I was slipping in other areas and couldn’t keep up. Losing that balance not only affected me but my loved ones too as I started to lose my temper easily, I wasn’t fully present and was stressed all the time! I had to reshuffle and let go of the stuff that I couldn’t manage so I can focus on what really matters.
This taught me a valuable lesson in life that we need to find our center and stay grounded, so we don’t lose sight of what really matters in life.
Spending quality time with family, growing your wealth, traveling, taking care of your mental as well as physical health, - these are important and non- negotiable which is why balance is so crucial in life! I realized that having a balanced
mindset is most essential in life while consistently making small incremental progress towards our own goals!
Following this principle, we will transform slowly but surely and become a better version of ourselves.
So, the lesson that I want to share is find your balance, stay grounded - nothing is more important than your own mental peace and anything that causes you to lose your mind and induces stress may not be worth going after!
To sum it up, as you step into 2024 take your chances, nudge yourself, go out of your comfort zone but always stay centered around what matters most to you!
As you get ready to embrace all the opportunities that life has to offer, do not forget to pause, look back and reflect on how far you have come!
Wishing you all a joyous, abundant and a successful 2024!

In the whirlwind of life's challenges, creative souls often stand at the crossroads, seeking a path that resonates with purpose and passion. This journey involves not just navigating setbacks but actively embracing change and cultivating a perspective that can transform obstacles into stepping stones toward a more fulfilling existence.
Change is an inherent part of life, a constant force propelling us forward. However, it's in the active embrace of change that we find the true essence of personal growth and renewal. Picture change as a dance, a rhythmic movement that, when embraced, can lead to profound transformations.
Consider the example of the seasons. Just as nature transitions seamlessly from winter to spring, we too, can navigate life's seasons with grace. Embracing change involves acknowledging the inevitability of transitions and understanding that each change, no matter how small, brings an opportunity for growth.

To embrace change effectively, one must develop a mindset open to adaptation. This entails letting go of the fear of the unknown and viewing change not as a threat but as a catalyst for personal evolution. By welcoming change as a companion on your journey, you empower yourself to navigate the ever-shifting landscape with resilience and optimism.
Perspective is the lens through which we interpret the world around us. It holds the power to shape our reality, influencing how we perceive challenges and opportunities. Shifting one's perspective is akin to adjusting the focus of a camera lens - it allows us to capture the beauty within even the seemingly mundane.
Let's explore the significance of perspective through the analogy of a mountain climb. Imagine standing at the base of a towering peak - the journey seems daunting, filled with challenges. However, as you ascend, the perspective changes. What once appeared insurmountable becomes a series of manageable steps. Similarly, in the face of life's challenges, altering your viewpoint can reveal the hidden pathways and solutions that were previously obscured. Cultivating a positive perspective involves consciously choosing to see setbacks as opportunities for
growth. Consider reframing difficulties as lessons, each presenting a chance to learn and evolve. By adopting a forward-looking mindset, you empower yourself to transform obstacles into stepping stones, propelling you towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.
As you embark on the path to finding your place in this fastpaced world, consider these practical steps for embracing change and shaping your perspective:
1. Cultivate Mindfulness: Practice being present in the moment. Mindfulness allows you to navigate change with greater clarity, fostering an awareness that transcends fear and uncertainty.
2. Learn from Setbacks: Instead of viewing setbacks as roadblocks, see them as opportunities to recalibrate your course. Analyse the lessons they offer and use them as a foundation for
future growth.
3. Seek Diverse Perspectives: Engage with a variety of viewpoints. This broadens your understanding of the world and encourages flexibility in your thinking, enabling you to adapt more effectively to change.
4. Visualize Success: Create a mental image of your desired future. Visualization can inspire and motivate, helping you overcome obstacles by focusing on the positive outcomes awaiting you.
In the grand tapestry of life, embracing change and shaping your perspective are threads that intricately weave your unique story. By dancing with change and adjusting your viewpoint, you not only find your place but also create a space where your passions and purpose flourish. In this fast-paced world, your journey becomes a testament to resilience, growth, and the boundless possibilities that unfold when you open yourself to the transformative power of change.

Grief is something we experience when we lose something, whether this is a person, animal, or object. It leaves us with a loss, an emptiness and we feel bereaved. This experience is universal as it affects everyone, and both humans and animals go through this process of grief when there is a loss.
There are various stages that one goes through during this process, and we can get stuck in one of them for a while, or we can keep going backwards and forwards from one stage to
another as the process is not totally linear.
These stages can also be affected by the type of loss, for example losing keys may not be as deep as losing a loved one, or we can sometimes re-experience grief when we identify a loss of someone that we knew of but didn’t know them personally.
2023 was an intense year of grief for me, starting in January with my mother and ending in June with my ex-mother-in-law, and in between

there were other loses that affected me, such as a cousin, a nephew, an uncle and also stars such as Tina Turner, Liza Marie Presley, Rachel Welch, yes, plenty of other celebrities, but these were my favourites and it has upset me, especially Tina Turner as she was exactly same age as my mother too.
Around this time, I also had all my personal family photos stolen along with many books and other paperwork. Whilst I can buy books again, I cannot regain the memories of those photos and the people who took these committed a very heartless crime.
2023 as you can see was a year of intense grief full of losses in every sense.
So, let’s have a look at some of the stages and how I coped. These stages were identified by Elizabeth Kubler Ross in her book ‘On Death and Dying’.
In this stage, there is a disbelief that the loss has happened, and one will try to avoid the reality of what has happened.
I remember being in instant denial about my mother, however, the photos were an overwhelming shock that led straight into anger.
This can be masked in many ways to cope, one may turn it into humour, or focus on ‘the other person’ rather than themselves. One may even put the feelings and emotions into an excess of something else like work. What’s happening is a suppression in that avoidance to allow the process to unfold because it’s too painful and the person is not ready to accept it.
I remember being in instant denial about my mother, however, the photos were an overwhelming shock that led straight into anger.
This is what I call a toxic emotion as it brings up other feelings such as bitterness and maybe even hate! It can also be quite a revengeful feeling of
how dare this happen….
When I found out about my photos, yes, I was very angry and knew that I had to process them, otherwise, I would only be harming myself. The way I dealt with this was a lot of yoga and breathwork such as sitali breath and breath of fire. These techniques help to eliminate the toxic energy that is created by the trigger which was the act of other people. I didn’t feel anger of my mother’s passing towards her in any way.
This is like a what if I had done this, what if this had happened, what if …... what it…… this cycle of rumination can lead us into an endless chain of hopelessness.
I did have a lot of this going on about my mother, ‘if only, I could have done more for her, if only I was there for her…….’
The reality was that I was always there for her and could only do what I could do.
Regarding the photos, there was also a case of ‘if only I had not been so trusting….’
This is a stage where one can dip down to the deepest fall and may not be able to see a way out, like a dark alley. I remember when I had the loss of a marriage break up, I experienced huge depression, it was dark, vulnerable, and debilitating. You can feel as if all hope is lost.
However, as I had learnt so much from that episode, I did not experience any depression this time as I had many more tools to cope with.
As I explained in the previous stage that I have many more tools at hand, I have found this stage to be a lot easier than previously.
This is the stage where one will find ways to accept what happened and to be able to heal and move on. This stage can lead to immense healing of all the stages and allows one to start again.
memories are in our hearts and not in the photos themselves. My mother left this earth, and she didn’t take any photos with her, only the memories….
This is my comfort and part of the acceptance of the photos is knowing that Karma will prevail too as it always does, those that took them, will live with the guilt of that action. So, lets always remember that no emotion is greater than love.

Tables have turned - and this is now for parents, who to successfully parent their teenagers today, must Shape Up Or Ship Out!
In essence default parenting that worked years past is redundant. We are dealing with a new generation, a different vibration, and a different economy -that necessitates Intentional Parenting.
Parents of today’s teens have no other choice but to be Intentional Parents - in other words - as a parent of teens today, you can no longer Parent By Default you must Parent By Design!
Because failing to be Intentional is denying your teen the opportunity to be a successful,
highly effective, and mentally healthy young person in a wildly changing world, and failing to pass on a notable noble legacy as a parent.
In essence default parenting that worked years past is redundant. We are dealing with a new generation, a different vibration, and a different economy -that necessitates Intentional Parenting.
So, you probably have heard of Intentional Parenting? But what really is Intentional Parenting?
This is a conscious, proactive, and positive approach to raising children & young people. It requires deliberate thinking, deliberate actions, on time decisions, and curation and communication of clear goals and values in parenting.
Teenage years are a crucial developmental stage in child development when a major identity crisis happens. As psychologists we know this shift to be so significant that if the kid fails to navigate this stage successfully, it can negatively impact their current development and
As they undergo physical, psychological and social changes, this time more than ever, they need a sensitive, compassionate and firm guidance that supports and fosters both independence and interdependence.
their future. As they undergo physical, psychological and social changes, this time more than ever, they need a sensitive, compassionate and firm guidance that supports and fosters both independence and interdependence. This balance requires uttermost intentionality from the parent - and many parents of teens including myself know it's like walking on thin ice, or a tightrope in the air!
During adolescent years, which can be ages 9-25, 40% of teenagers report being lonely and it is therefore important that parents are aware and active in their teens' lives so as to establish strong connections, understand their needs, and
effectively communicate with them.-Ironically at this stage is when they don't want to be with us and will choose peers over parents, as they curve their own independence.
Learning to be an Intentional Parent is similar to learning to be an inspirational leader. You must attain skills that give you the competence and confidence to connect with your teen so they can trust you to guide them in making responsible decisions that lead to healthy behaviours and habits, yet set appropriate boundaries that foster responsibility and independence..
As an Intentional Parent, you will be able to provide a safe and supportive space for your teen to share their dreams, fears, anxieties, silliness and ultimately thrive. This then allows you to be invited into their space and be actively involved in their life – because they can trust you with their interests, and challenges as a credible guide to and help them navigate the complexities of adolescence.
Intentional Parenting helps
you get the all-important opportunity that every parent wishes for:- the opportunity to impart important values, life skills and legacy in the form of personal self-discipline, responsibility, empathy, and resilience. Qualities that are pivotal as teenagers transition into adulthood and navigate the demands of the wider world.
So if the above positive qualities are in your wish basket for your teenager, you will need to practise Intentional Parenting for they will not happen by default----- Bear in mind that these days, for teenagers to trust us parents to be their guide, they need to see us as a credible, competent and confident source. And to do this we need to be Models, Mentors and Motivators.
So if you are looking to impart positive behaviour, psychological wellness, physical wellbeing, social wellness, establish strong bonds between yourself and your teenager, healthy self-esteem, academic
As an Intentional Parent, you will be able to provide a safe and supportive space for your teen to share their dreams, fears, anxieties, silliness and ultimately thrive.

Does, "Sound of SILENCE TALKS"?
Find the answer by yourself at the bottom of this ARTICLE.
Witness the non-fiction narrative of my Invictus & Redefined Life 2.0, currently, I’m celebrating my 27th year.
Quoting 2 lines from the Invictus Poem written by the poet William Earnest Henley in 1875 from a hospital bed: “I'M THE MASTER OF MY FATE”, “I'M THE CAPTAIN OF MY SOUL”
This poem’s strong & descriptive language and Extravagant Metaphors help convey the theme which is, “To never lose hope no matter the circumstances, and how you control your fate & decide your future”
Taking a cue from lyrics of Invictus’s poem, I am super excited to share tips for, "Making of Impossible Possible"
“Speech is Civilization itself. The word, even the most contradictory word, preserves contact. It is Silence that isolates - Thomas Mann”
The canvas of colourful life becomes a Pin Drop Silence without spoken words when the vocal

communication organ is lost forever, from being Vocal to permanently non-vocal.
Imagine, you are on a date & wish to propose, I LOVE YOU, Will you MARRY me & your voice is lost!
Imagine you are all set on the stage to deliver a TEDx talk in front of an August audience & your words are trapped in your mouth! People stare at you confused!
You are a celebrity actor, or a singer & invited to share your struggles or to sing your popular number & voice evaporating in the air! Audiences looking at you with PITY!
Just think about such a catastrophic condition for a lifetime which is full of frustration, anger, disappointment & sheer helplessness with no light at all at the end of the tunnel. I, encountered the above adversity 26 years ago at the age of 44 when I was at the peak of my career as an international marketer where verbal communication is a key
I was invited to counsel a vocal cord cancer patient in 2011 & with my years of experience as a marketing & branding businessman, I could demonstrate, “a Thrilling Life even after Cancer & loss of my natural voice” & he underwent surgery. One precious life was saved.
necessity by default in daily life & the only earning member of the family.
I was diagnosed as a stage IV vocal cord cancer victim in 1997 & was given a few days to live if the tumour & vocal cord were not removed.
I chose life over voice as I was the only earning member of the family & lost my natural speaking ability forever. Instead of "WHY ME" gave a tight hug to forever adversity as the Divine Intervention.
I indulged in redefining my life 2.0 by innovating & leveraging this forever adversity into
exceptional opportunities with laser laser-focused mindset by placing a hand-held electrolarynx under my chin to speak on my own as there was no speech-language therapist/ trainer available in 1997.
Yes, my voice surely sounds different than normal human voice & when I started talking in public for the 1st time, my voice was rejected.
But giving up is NEVER IN MY DNA.
I continued speaking relentlessly with die-hard courage, without hesitation in public by making sure, I am audible.
I was invited to counsel a vocal cord cancer patient in 2011 & with my years of experience as a marketing & branding businessman, I could demonstrate, “a Thrilling Life even after Cancer & loss of my natural voice” & he underwent surgery. One precious life was saved.
This incident has given sparkling birth to my altogether novel skill as a counsellor &
since then, I never looked back & I am incredibly lucky to counsel countless individuals offline & online.
A few years later, in the jampacked auditorium, suddenly my name was announced to share my journey & I talked my heart out flawlessly with my differently enabled voice which is my forever unique identity & USP.
Honestly speaking, I’m grateful to all those individuals rejecting for my voice back in December 1997 which made me think 360 degrees out of box to become an unstoppable speaker. And, these given me Turbine power as a LION ROAR to become an unstoppable audience-engaging global speaker, non-fiction Storyteller, Life Artesian cum performance coach & thought leader.
It won’t be out of place to mention the following, while I’m celebrating the 27th year of my Invictus & redefined life from a vocal cord cancer victim to Cancer Winner Shrenik, leading a fascinating life with no complaints:
"Watching & Listening to Me Speak with Clarion Voice & Sound will play a catalytic role when you are struggling with something endlessly without HOPE”
At the age of 72 while fearlessly living in the moment, demonstrating the enthusiasm of one at the age of 27 & “The Limitless of the Human Spirit despite my forever natural speaking ability & The Power of SELF.
Humbled to deliver 8000+ hours of Wisdom globally through 5000+ sessions through this Clarion Voice & sound across global education institutions, & I'm incredibly fortunate to touch and inspire over 100,000 lives with diehard courage, confidence, unwavering determination & passion.
