THE ANNUAL SIGNATURE PAGE SHOWCASE OF SUPPORT The Signature Page is an opportunity to demonstrate your ongoing support of the Pottstown Cluster and your commitment to ending hunger and housing instability in our community. This year you can donate to sign your own name and/or choose to make a donation to recognize a health care hero, a starring volunteer, or anyone you admire. All proceeds from the Signature Page will be directed to the area of greatest need as the Pottstown Cluster continues to support our neighbors in need. To participate, you can easily donate online at pottstowncluster.org/signaturepage2022 to have our business ad or logo displayed, sign the page, or nominate someone. We will recognize nominees by listing their name(s) on the Signature Page. After your donation to sign is processed, and within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an email with a link to sign the Signature Page online. If the online option does not work for you, you can also mail a check with the signature form. The signature form is available to download, print, sign, and mail at: pottstowncluster.org/signaturepage2022.

Pottstown 2022 POTTSTOWN CROP HUNGER WALK RECAP The annual Pottstown CROP Hunger Walk started in 1985. It is now the heart and 'sole' of Pottstown as it is the only event that brings together all members of our community — young and old, all faiths and walks of life for a common goal — to end hunger, one step at a time both locally and globally! Throughout the month of April, the community joined our efforts by walking as unified teams and individual walkers. The 2022 Pottstown CROP Hunger Walk was virtual this year so participants could walk anywhere, for any distance, and help generate donations, and post photos and videos of their walk online. The social media presence of our efforts reached 24,676 and the walk raised $4,015. Thank you to all who walked and supported the 2022 CROP Hunger Walk.

Walking helps make a local and global difference! The annual Pottstown CROP Hunger Walk supports the mission of the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities as twenty-five percent of funds raised supports local efforts to provide food security to those in need in the Pottstown area. The funds raised are administered by Church World Services and seventy-five percent is directed to international hunger.

INTRODUCING TOOLS TO THRIVE We have expanded and redesigned our education and supportive services program and officially launched Tools to Thrive. This new educational and supportive service offers more accessible and relevant programming that will support a positive transition towards self-empowerment and help our clients become sustainably food secure. This important work has begun with a staff member dedicated to education and outreach. Both in-person and online educational opportunities are available, at no-charge, to help people obtain personalized basic needs and provide safe support regardless of the status of current or future health crises. This new program is partially supported by Philabundance and the Pottstown Area Health and Wellness Foundation. For more information visit: pottstowncluster.org/toolstothrive.

AROUND PCRC
Volunteer Opportunity! Volunteer at our Outreach Center food pantry. Help our food services team sort fresh produce, distribute produce, unpack boxes and stock shelves. Ability to lift 70 lbs. 8:30 a.m. -4 p.m. position, weekly with option to schedule any shift between these hours. Location: Pottstown Cluster Outreach Center located at 57 North Franklin Street in Pottstown.
