
STEP-BY-STEP EVENT BOOKING GUIDE

To begin, visit pooganskitchen.com/private-events. Then, scroll and select the blue booking button that applies to your group’s guest count and menu preference Large party reservations (15-25 guests) are offered curated menus Private events (26-75 guests) can choose from buffets or appetizers
On the inquiry form, first, enter the number of guests you expect to attend (Don’t worry, this can change up to 72 hours before your event ) Then, select your preferred date and time. Click the green “Next” button to proceed.
Note: If you need additional event time, your sales manager can discuss availability with you upon approval.

Now, select your menu package For private events, we offer two buffet options: Lunch / Dinner, starting at $39 per adult, or Breakfast, starting at $22 per adult.
We also offer several Passed Appetizer packages. Once you have clicked on a selection, a window will open with your menu choices
First, click the checkbox next to the number of adults in your party, then enter the expected quantity to the right If there are children in your party, repeat this process for each age group, as pricing varies by age
Continue making selections all the way down until all of the headers are green If there is a blue header, you are missing a required selection in that section If you need additional guidance, please reach out to events@pooganshospitality com and we will gladly assist you




If you are selecting an alcoholic beverage package, check off your preferred package, then check off the box that says "# of adults 21+” and enter the quantity of adults over the age of 21 in the box to the right.
If not selecting an alcoholic beverage package, choose your alternative beverage selection

When all headers are green, select “Save” at the bottom of the window and you will return to the menu package selection page. From there, you can select the green “Next” button at the bottom to proceed to the contact information page.

Enter your contact information and complete the captcha Add any special notes or requests in the “Additional Information” box Then, click the green “Add Payment” button

Review our policies and terms, then select “Accept” to proceed

Finally, enter your credit card information. Your card will be charged a $100 deposit only upon acceptance of your event.
Click “Submit Request” and you’re finished! You will hear back from us within 72 hours (though it’s typically much sooner!) regarding your event status.
