In 2025, URF helped 151 people achieve greater stability through employment support, a 20% jump from 127 in 2024. On top of that, we provided one-time help to 56 more people, nearly two-and-a-half times the 21 individuals we were able to support this way the year before.

Most participants receive personalized support every step of the way, including one-on-one coaching paired with workforce training and life-skills services throughout their time with URF.
Reliable transportation to and from work is one of the most critical supports URF provides. We also offer assistance with basic needs—like housing, food, and clothing—so participants can focus on building a more stable future.

In 2025, URF tracked 45 of our jobseekers’ progress using the Arizona Self-Sufficiency Matrix, a tool widely used by human service organizations to assess impact. After working with URF for 2 months, they showed meaningful improvement in their overall well-being.
