holistic health care worlds within Jandira Shelley, Akashic Records Consultant, Reiki Master Teacher Life Asks Questions…Your Akashic Records Have Answers. The Akashic Records, a living, breathing ever-expanding energy field, collects and records each individual Soul’s journey from inception forward to current life and into the projected future. The Akashic Records constantly update and record every thought, word, emotion and deed generated by our life experiences. In the mid-nineties I began to communicate with angels and spirit guides from the other side, so later when I was trained by Akashic Records Consultants International to access the Akashic Records, I already had many years of listening to and interpreting messages from various spiritual beings. When I access your personal Akashic Records using the Sacred Prayer, you are provided with practical loving guidance for your everyday life. The smallest daily decisions to the dramatic life-changing ones are made with ease when you are working “within” this vast energetic field. Questions relating to health, career, relationships, finances, dream interpretation, past lives, self-sabotaging patterns, the afterlife, deceased loved ones, life path, etc. are answered in a loving, non-judgmental manner. By tapping into this Sacred Energy Field, you will discover previously unknown aspects and undiscovered truths about yourself, creating fresh, new possibilities for spiritual growth and a joy-filled life. NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS ENTRANCE MOUNTAIN NATURAL HEALTH These two talented naturopathic physicians work as a team combining over 60 years of practice experience, and skills to getting you well. DR. MAGDA MISCHé, R.Ph., N.D. Dr. Magda Misché has been serving the San Juan Islands since 1990 - initially as a Registered Pharmacist at Ray’s Pharmacy, and now as a Naturopathic Physician in downtown Olga. Dr. Magda’s work combines the many perspectives of her extensive 30 years of study and training. She began her health career with a B.S. degree in Pharmacy, in standard medicine. Years later that expanded into alternative medicine through Naturopathic medical school and Complementary healing modalities (including bodywork, homeopathy, psychology, shamanism, spirituality, and belief management). It’s the “BEST Of Both Worlds,” she often quips, “as there are many paths to wellness.” As many facets as you wish to explore may be utilized for your journey, whether it is simply doing routine lab work and getting a “tune-up,” or delving into the deeper issues of how your health relates to your life. You decide and together an individual plan is created that works for you. Dr. Magda specializes in tonifying metabolism to conquer fatigue and adrenal issues; immune system enhancement; preventing and alleviating many chronic diseases; and solving women’s health issues (including menopause and bio-identical hormonal support). It’s really just about optimizing your health, your stress management, your life—whatever your age! CALL for a FREE 15-minute telephone consult to explore the possibilities. 6866 Olga Road, PO Box 22, Olga 360.376.5454 DR. ALEXANDRA GAYEK, N.D. Dr. Alexandra Gayek brings 30+ years of study, training and practice to the Olga team. She does a great deal of her work online and by phone, helping people worldwide with their health concerns. After years of practice as a primary care physician, - and specialist in Toxicity and complex cases, she now focuses almost exclusively on a mind-body approach to wellness. For those open to this approach, chronic or repeating problems in any system in the body--whether from illness or injury--often improve in ways unexplainable by standard medicine. Results are often swift and longer-lasting, and allow people to drop their reliance on expensive and painful lab tests, medication, and surgery, if they choose. The process is as quick or gradual as your readiness for wellness allows, and complements all other therapies and medicines. Psychotherapy & Counseling VIRGINIA ERHARDT, Ph.D. LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST I use an integrative, mind-body approach, tailoring what I do to who you are, what you need, and what your goals are. I have been trained in many ways of working with people around numerous different issues. I work with people in a warm, supportive way that bolsters their internal strengths and resources, but that also challenges them and invites change. While helping people to feel better as quickly as possible, I also help them to grow personally, understand themselves more deeply, have more rewarding relationships, and make the deep, lasting change they desire. Creativity, spontaneity, and a sense of humor are important to me and I try to incorporate these qualities into my work. I often utilize Clinical Hypnosis, in which I am certified by the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis, to address myriad issues such as academic, athletic, and aesthetic performance, anxiety reduction, weight management, smoking cessation, and pain management. I enjoy working with couples on general relationship and physical intimacy issues. As a sex therapist, I have special expertise regarding chronic illness, disability, and gender identity.
