We teach the dog’s family how to break the old patterns and how to create a new set of behaviors in the dog without punishment. Gotta Dance is celebrating its 23rd year serving this community. We provide a quality dance education while building self confidence and team work. Students learn jazz, tap, hiphop, lyrical, ballet, and pointe. There is a place for everyone at Gotta Dance, from the beginner to advanced dancers, ages 2 Mari Ann Lawler through adult. Our studio features Maggie Mitchell Wagner an aspiring setting — a 12,000 square foot facility that includes four extra-large studios, a study, a party room and parent lobby. The staff helps dancers reach personal goals and potential while building strong and disciplined community members. We have over 700 students with 100 on a national-awarded performing team.

Jennifer Wheelhouse has been the Head of School at Montessori Children’s House for the last 10 years. MCH is an American Montessori Society Accredited School. We are proud to have been serving Redmond since 1988. MCH is committed to an excellent holistic Montessori education that includes the partnership and involvement of families within our community. Our beautiful 5 acre campus Jennifer Wheelhouse in a farm like setting connects our children to their natural world through earth science education, gardening, nature education and exploration. This year MCH opened our 3rd building which will provide more room for our growing Elementary and Infant/Toddler programs.
I love my business! I’ve been a pet groomer for fourteen years, and I can honestly say that I have the best career. There are so many choices for pet grooming, so I realize I can’t settle for being anything but the best. I opened my business in November of 2008 in the back of a pet supply store. Kristi Jackson was born and raised in Washington state, she has been working in various fields of customer service for over 14 years, and has a passion for working with people she absolutely loves the Pacific Northwest. She recently relocated to Redmond from Ellensburg where she was working as an Advertising Sales Consultant for 2+ years. Carolyn Farrar, owner of Premiere Dance Center, offers the eastside’s finest dance instruction. Carolyn, a member of both The Dance Masters of America and Dance Educators of America, received her BFA in Dance from The United States International University, and Teachers Certification from The Cecchetti Method of Ballet. Prior to opening Premiere Dance Center, she performed professionally under the direction of Ronn Guidi and Don and Helena Snyder and taught ballet at The Dance Carolyn Farrar Academy of Bellevue from 1992 to 2003. Since the opening of Premiere Dance Center in 2003, Carolyn and her superb staff are recognized both for their high level of technical instruction for dancers of all ages and for the welcoming, family friendly environment that permeates throughout, most visibly from Carolyn Farrar.
