Retail Advertising - Referral Manager/Admissions Coordinator

Referral Manager/Admissions Coordinator Bremerton Health and Rehab is seeking a Referral Manager/Admissions Coordinator to be responsible for developing and maintaining facility’s census, promoting a positive image of the facility and giving tours to prospective residents or their family members. Qualified candidates will have previous experience in the nursing home or long term care setting as well as outsides sales experience. A 2 year or Bachelors Degree in human services related field is strongly recommended OR at least 4 years of related marketing experience. Must have the ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff. Must have a good driving record and access to own vehicle. 80% outside sales.
