Covid cases hit 2.7-M, deaths in PHL at 40,997; downward trend noted MANILA – The Department of Health (DOH) on October 20 reported 3,656 new Covid-19 cases, the country’s lowest daily tally in over three months, bringing the total number of active cases nationwide to 67,061, with 40,977 deaths.
