RECYCLED CONDUIT

The ecological pliable conduit at the forefront of eco-sustainability.

It is made with a percentage of postconsumer recycled material (PCR), contributing to a substantial reduction in CO 2 emissions compared to the use of fossil-based PP.

Both the conduits and the packaging film are fully recyclable.

Sustainability guides every stage of our value chain, from the selection of raw materials and product development to manufacturing, use and recycling.

Pmflex Halogen Free products provide the highest level of safety in case of fire. Fully compliant with EN 50642 - IEC 63355, their halogen content is well below the defined threshold limits, ensuring maximum protection of people and assets.

These products also meet the requirements of IEC 61034-2 (Low Smoke), guaranteeing smoke emission levels that allow visibility above 60% to facilitate the identification of emergency exits.

Thanks to these characteristics, Pmflex Halogen Free solutions are recommended for electrical installations in buildings intended to accommodate large numbers of people, such as schools, hospitals, offices, shopping malls and airports.

Our next step in our journey is introducing a new generation of pliable conduits made from post- consumer recycled (PCR) materials. PCR stands for post- consumer recycled plastic, a material made from recycled products that have already been used by consumers. This gives new life to plastics such as food containers, water bottles, and packaging. It contributes to a circular economy that reduces emissions, lowers plastic production, and preserves the planet’s resources, without compromising on quality or safety. Recycled plastic (PCR) offers the same quality and performance as virgin plastic, providing a more sustainable alternative for all types of projects, from residential buildings to commercial properties.

UV-resistant solutions

UV-RESISTANT

The Pmflex UV-resistant range is specifically designed for outdoor installations and photovoltaic systems directly exposed to sunlight. Engineered to withstand the most demanding environmental conditions, such as intense UV radiation, rain and wind, UV-resistant products ensure long-lasting performance and maximum reliability. They offer a certified service life of up to 10 years and an operating temperature range from -25 °C to +105 °C.

The products are tested in climate chambers with UV lamps, in accordance with CEI EN 50289 and CEI EN 50618 (formerly CEI 20-91). These tests simulate real outdoor conditions through intense UV exposure combined with repeated rain and drying cycles.

The range includes pliable empty conduits, rigid pipes, pre-wired corrugated conduits with H1Z2Z2-K solar cables and couplings with clip. All Pmflex UV-resistant conduits are Halogen Free in compliance with EN 50642 - IEC 63355, ensuring safety, sustainability and high performance in photovoltaic and outdoor applications.

Our new and improved xShield 2.0 offers a complete range of cable protection designed for fast, easy and visually clean installations with seamless transitions. The next generation offers all strengths of the original xShield, now enhanced with even more smart solutions for a faster, smoother, and cleaner installation. Developed to simplify the installer’s everyday work. Smart new features such as recesses on the accessories, quick clamps, connectors, and T-crosses in sizes 16-22 and 22-28 mm. The range also includes feet, bends, clamps, ends, flexible bends, screws, and straight cable protections in lengths of 1200, 1700 and 2000 mm which together create a neat and consistent installation with seamless transitions.

Our cable protection can withstand extreme conditions, adapted for all climate conditions. The quick clamp is made of spring steel while all other components are surface-treated with Magnelis® and approved according to corrosivity class C5 - ideal for Nordic climates and marine environments. Magnelis® also provides a unique ability to self-heal in drilled holes, weld seams and cut surfaces.

We strive to offer solutions that are safe, user-friendly, and cost- and time-efficient. Our mission is to simplify installers’ daily work and improve installation efficiency. For this reason, we continuously develop innovative solutions designed to make installation faster and easier.

Our box is a smart packaging solution that simplifies and significantly streamlines electrical installations with pre-wired pliable conduits. The conduit unrolls straight without twists or knots, ensuring easy handling. The box is moisture-resistant, flexible and equipped with ergonomic handles for easy transport.

The xRoller allows installers to work with pliable conduits in lengths of up to 300 meters. It is easy to maneuver as it rolls directly on the bobbin, eliminating the need for additional wheels. Longer conduit lengths improve installation efficiency and reduce handling effort. The conduit unrolls smoothly, the bobbin is easy to replace and no lifting is required. The foldable design also simplifies transport. Compared to traditional coils, conduit waste is significantly reduced.

Our popular coils are easy to carry. Several articles are also available in shorter lengths than 100 meters, which are useful depending on the type of installation. This packaging solution has a low impact on the environment because of the light packing material.

Local production for Northern Europe

The site, strategically located in northern Gothenburg, covers 19,000 square meters and houses manufacturing, warehousing, offices, and loading areas. With local production in Sweden, we are close to our customers in Northern Europe enabling increased capacity, shorter routes between production and customer, more reliable deliveries, greater flexibility and shorter lead times. The shorter transport distances also mean reduced carbon emissions and are part of our long-term sustainability efforts.

With a modern facility, we meet the increased demand for sustainable products and deliveries. Several initiatives have been implemented at the site to reduce our environmental impact and improve resource efficiency. The parking area is equipped with charging

stations for company cars, and the roof is fitted with solar panels. Any electricity not generated by the solar panels on the roof comes from renewable hydropower. Resource consumption is optimized through electricity monitoring systems and efficient ventilation.

Since the site is located in a water protection area, strict requirements apply. No environmentally harmful emissions from production or storage are released into the municipal water system or into the air.

Materials such as plastic, paper, and cable scrap are recycled or reused.

The production plant has been developed to meet the needs of the Nordic region and has capacity for 16 machines, which gives us the opportunity to grow together with the market.

Pre-wired conduits for faster and smarter installations.

Our range of pre-wired conduits is designed to simplify electrical installations in all applications across Europe. Available with both energy and special cables, the products allow maximum flexibility to meet different installation requirements.

The conduits are supplied with a wide selection of cables and are prelubricated to facilitate the insertion of additional cables. All cables comply with the CPR standard (Regulation 305/2011/EU for construction products), ensuring limited flame propagation and reduced emission of toxic gases.

Pre-wired conduits significantly reduce installation time and labour costs, allowing faster installation and efficient handling, even by a single operator.

The products are ideal for service vehicles and construction sites where both the cable and the box need to be durable and weather-resistant. Due to the smart design, the cable can easily be pulled out and then fed back into the box, allowing to use every meter, from start to finish. The range includes options for both power and low-voltage installations. The box features a practical handle and a user-friendly design. It is made from 100% recyclable plastic, for a more sustainable workday.

The SuperBlu conduit has high flexibility and very high compression resistance: it is tested at 1000N. The conduit is self-recovering and totally free of micro-holes, therefore it can be used with cement and concrete. It is also internally lubricated (diameters 16, 20, 25 mm), metrically marked (diameters 16, 20, 25 mm) and environmentally friendly (Halogen Free). SuperBlu is the only ESTI and IMQ certified conduit resistant to temperatures of -15°C and to shocks of 6 Joules.

The Pmflex SuperBlu Extra conduit has an exceptional compression resistance: 1250 N. The conduit is self-recovering and totally free of microholes, therefore it can be used with cement and concrete. It offers excellent chemical resistance to acidic and basic substances, hydrocarbons, detergents, flammable agents, and water. Pmflex xRoller is a smart trolley for bobbins. Its unique design allows handling conduit lengths of up to 300 metres. It is easy to manoeuvre, as it rolls using the bobbin itself, with no additional wheels required. The product can be moved effortlessly and the unrolling process runs smoothly. There is no need to lift the bobbin, and replacement is quick and easy. xRoller is foldable, making transport significantly easier. Maximum load: 140 kg.

Flexlist

Conduit strip for flexible conduits and rigid pipes. It makes installation simple and efficient by enabling quick and smooth sorting of conduits in sizes 16-20 mm. The conduits are held in place with double clamps that are also lockable for flexible conduits. The Flexlist is halogen-free, suitable for casting into concrete, and recyclable. It can be easily cut to the desired length and mounted in up to three layers on top of each other. Countersunk screw holes, center markings, and pre-marked screw towers ensure fast and precise installation.
