With your flexible Swap-A-Show® benefit, you can trade in your tickets from one show on the series for additional tickets to another KeyBank Broadway Series show. Or, use this one-time benefit to swap into a show from our Encore Collection of performances. Be sure to call your Season Ticket Services team to make your swap request. Swap-AShow® allows for one swap per season and is valid until the show’s opening. So, please submit your request before the start of the show you wish to swap out of.

TICKET EXCHANGES Same show. Different day.
The ultimate in flexibility! Season Ticket Holders have the benefit to exchange tickets at no additional cost (a savings of $25 per exchange). If you choose to exchange for a performance with a higher ticket price than what you originally purchased, you will only be charged the difference. All exchange requests must be made prior to your scheduled performance, preferably with 48 hour notice. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for missed performances.

Season ticket holders can explore Euclid Avenue as more dining establishments are added to the Playhouse Square District. This fall, Lionheart Reserve will open at 1400 Euclid Ave. and offer a stepped-up coffee experience that will complement the iconic designs and buildings of Playhouse Square. The coffee menu will include a line of housemade Nitro Cold Brew and various cold foams, to a robust line of matchas, lattes, espresso drinks, teas, drip coffee and other drinks; while food offerings will include breakfast items, including locally-made pastries and items from The Cleveland Bagel Co.
On the heels of DEATH BECOMES HER and THE WHO’S TOMMY, Playhouse Square Season Ticket Holders will continue to be the first in the country to experience new touring productions. THE LOST BOYS will launch its North American tour in Cleveland as a part of the 2027–28 KeyBank Broadway Series in spring 2028. This is a direct result of Ohio legislation dedicating tax credits to theatrical productions in the state.
