Although still at the prototype stage, this electric motorbike is perfect for speed-loving owners that like to surround themselves with the best. An edgy attention-grabber, it will ensure you roll off your gigayacht in style. In fact, it has already attracted admiring crowds at St Tropez and Monaco. Described by its constructor as “a fusion of raw biker appeal and unbridled electric force”, the Zvexx P1 unleashes a savage and instantaneous 1200 N-m of torque. Anyone that has ever experienced a high performance electric vehicle will be aware they deliver maximum torque from zero rpm without any gear shifts or clutch. In this case that means 0 to 80 km/h in about 3 seconds – razor-sharp acceleration for a radical ride unmatched by any other bike. With zero vibration and an unrelenting surge of power to boot. The Zvexx P1 is the only fully registered bike of its kind, and can be seen out and about, hugging the curvy roads around Lake Geneva. Silence is one of the signatures of electric drives and the Zvexx P1’s designers saw no need to fake the shriek of a conventional bike with an artificial soundtrack. Instead they realised that the bike’s silent motor adds a ghostly quality that leaves bystanders wondering what exactly they are seeing as the bike streaks by.
